Got a text from this number

I just received a text from this number as well...stating that the person has moved and wants to keep in touch through facebook...also gave me an e-mail address.  I don't know this person.

I just a txt from this number too.  WTF?

Message reads "Shellie..I moved, so I created a facebook to keep in touch w/everyone..add me its under my email mandi.carter2009@gmail.com

No one I know.

I just got the same text message!

ya this number called me to said scot, i moved add me on facebook at kaitlyn.ham2012@gmail.com my wife was pissed and emailed her.

I just got the same txt except the email was bri.annie86@gmail.com. The crazy thing is that they used my name in the txt msg.

we just received the same text with the email address rachael.livingston86@gmail.com and when we called the number it was busy

got the same message from this person;don,t know who it is

This person wrote me a txt. I do not know her and want this to stop!

I looked it up; no one's there.

I called several times and to no avail.

Got a message from this number and have no idea who this woman is!!!!

I too just received a text stating my name and that they had moved, made a facebook, and wanted to keep in touch I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS PERSON THIS IS WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just got a text from mandi.carter.dont know who it is but knows my name? any ideas?

yup got the same thing rachel.livingston86@gmail.com. anyone add her? does anyone know how to stop it? i also got one from a diffrent person all in all about 3 weeks ago.? how do they know my name? creepy...

Ya i got it too.  They didnt use my name tho, they used the name of the person who had the number before me.  my first thought was it was one of his friends trying to contact him (which i had happen ALOT) but decided to search the email on google and this is what i found.  Sounds kind of scammish,

This person txt my phone saying they moved away and wanted to keep intouch with me. Funny thing is they used my name and i don't have the slightest idea who they are.

I got a text too and somehow they had my name e-mail was kaitlyn.ham2012@gmail.com and there was a facebook associated with it.
