Got a call from this number - answered it but no one was on the other end - tried calling back but it's been busy

Also got a call from this number. Didn't answer but seeing as other people also got calls the same day I'd assume its a computer confirming valid phone numbers from people likely to answer unknown numbers. Thus marking your number as more valuable when selling info to telemarketers and such.

Called the number back got a message that said something about saving money on your auto insurance

Got a call from this number, and it took a while for them to answer back. Asked if I had time to talk about auto insurance rates. I said no, then they hung up. Never told me who they were.

Got a call from this number, when I called back, it was. After reading the comments, seems like a telemarketer or something.

it just called me and I waited, someone came on the line.
At first, I thought it was a person, but when I asked how they got my number, it said: "Sorry to disturb you. Goodbye." and hung up.
It said it was something like Auto Insurance of America. They sell insurance, but my guess is that they want our personal info in order to start a "fake" insurance quote.
The thing is, its language was pretty good for an automated recording.
That is the part that can really confuse people ... it's so genuine that I was shocked when it said "Sorry..."

Received a call from this number, I didn't answer it, they didn't leave a voicemail. I am in Northeast Georgia.

Got a call from this number 404-795-0213. Googled it and it came up with this fake looking IT company in Atlanta called Flawl3s Data & Connectivity. They also have a Facebook page....makes it look really legit but if you look closely it isn't real. I think it's a cover up for a scam as some people said. I called the number back multiple times and got a busy signal. Then I finally got a recording that said "are you interested in getting new insurance" or something. Block this number!!!

Female caller indicating the new 2014 Insurance laws will significantly reduce my auto insurance payments and asked if my car was insured?  I asked her to repeat herself and then stated I wasn't interested.  She disconnected the call.

Definitely something to be watchful of as it certainly sounds like a scam in the making!

Just got a call on my cell.  No message left.  So thankful I can come to this site and get clues about whoever is bugging us!

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks... they call at very early hours so I keep missing the call.

I got a call from this same number. A lady said she was calling regarding significant auto insurance discounts due to new 2015 law. I said several times I was interested. She pushed to keep me on and then asked have I ever had any DUI's. I asked to repeat who she was and the organization. She never gave me the name of company. Her line of questions were weird and intrusive. Block this number! I believe this is a fraud company
