Call to cell announcing free cruise to the Bahamas. I hung up and blocked number. I'm already on US do not call list. Darned scofflaws.

Yepper got a call from this number @11:57am 22 Oct 15. Seems to be a new scam number and Peerless Network of Ga. LLC is the provider of the service. There home office is listed as Peerless 222 S. Riverside Plz. Ste 2730, Chicago IL. 60606-6202. Make a complaint to the FTC about this company's providing service to these scammers, If we start going after the service providers, we might see a change in this crap.

My husband won a Free trip. I decline. Call don't say nothing. I suppose wanting him to answer. Several times with different numbers. This number always in the daily calls

Free Bahamas cruise.  If I get another from this number, I'll block and report.

(Don't know what's up with my Panasonic home phone.  Shows local area codes as "out of area" on caller ID.)

Called landline at 4:42pm, 21 Oct 15.  Did not answer.  Glad I checked w/800notes.com and see from other comments, it's scam and I will block!  Thanks everyone for reporting.

Just remember if you do not know the caller NEVER answer. 99% of all calls I receive now are SCAMS!

Caution, 404-891-5223 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint to fight back against telemarketers.

I did NOT answer the call. I did NOT call back the caller. Caller did NOT leave any messages on the answering machine.

Received a call from this # today on my CELL PHONE.  Tried to call it back and received the recording "The survey you are responding to is now finished" ?  PROBABLY A SCAM

Received call, answered and no one there.hung up.  I am on a no call list.

I received a call from this # at 3:00 pm on my cell phone. I don't know anyone fro the 404 area code so I didn't answer. After reading other replies I'm glad I didn't . I am on the do not call list. Which govt agency should I report this to? If not govt who do you report it to?

Our answering machine received the call.  No message was left. Their second call.  Using a 803CID phone call blocker to block them now.

Received a phone call from this number today and did not pickup, came to the computer to look it up and saw all these wonderful post and am going to block it using my cell phone by adding it to the spam numbers. Also, I use "360security" app that I like more than "Lookout" and it can block the number forever without having to utilize my phones spam. It's main purpose is phone security in a broad context. It can even remove those terrible embedded apps that come pre-installed on all of our cell phones, although you have to give it full access (or "root" in other words, which I haven't), My main use of the app is to boost my RAM & ROM & block calls forever, like this number, as well as app and internet security. Anyways, this 4048915223 number never leaves a voice message as some have stated and are believed to be scamming. I went to "Peerless Network LLC" (company responsible for scammers being able to change phone numbers, even daily if the scammers desire) Website that is based in IL and found out that "Peerless Network" provides these phone numbers to what they call "telemarketers" and they try to explain that they are not responsible for any phone calls (in effect removing any liability). Well, that is nonsense, cause Peerless Network LLC provides phone numbers for scammers to use (I highly doubt that any of them are real telemarketing); and because they allow the scammers to switch phone numbers at anytime so that the scammers can call us from new numbers that we do not have blocked yet, they are actually promoting the continuation of the scam artists. Long story short, report them to the BBB and/or any other government agency that can investigate and take action to stop it or make sure that Peerless Network is held responsible for making sure that they are not allowing scam artists to continue their illegal activity by means of switching their phone numbers every other day. Blogging about these numbers helps, but only to a small degree, we need to take it one step further and end it for good (takes less than 5 minutes to file a report).

If you are on the DNC list, these CALLS ARE ILLEGAL. period.

Report, warn others, especially the elderly and the gullible and report.

Just received a call from this number on my mobile phone. I answered but nobody responded. Glad I looked it up on this Web Site. It's annoying enough to get these calls on my landline (which is illegal) but even more so on my mobile (Which is entirely prohibited). Lawmakers will have to get them on their personal phones before anything happens.

3 calls from this # in the past 24 hours with no voicemail. Being from Atlanta, the area code used, I almost answered. Glad to come on here and read what everyone else has reported so I can block the #.

Must have received my info from someone I do business with, because this number has called my land line and my cell.
