Answering machine picked up call, but no one left message.

stop calling me its annoying. leave a message if you want to talk to me..no id no message i will not talk to you. i dont know anybody in georgia

These callers are getting ridicules. Can't they be stopped? What ever happened to the "do not call" list? Latest call from this number came 12/23/11 @ 10:40 Pacific.

Someone called me today 1/25/2012 and asked did I used my SSN to apply for disability pension? I answered "No"  and they hanged on the phone immediately.

I can not get what this is about...

again i get this stupid number. dont they get the message if i dont pick up i dont want to talk to them.

My phone number is listed on the "Do not call" list, and I will file a complaint.

Just received a call.  Did not answer.  Caller ID said claim assist group.

They asked me if I needed to claim any disabled people in my household in order to get ssi. Even though do calls like that always seem fishy to me. I don't see what a company could possible do to help you try to make a claim for benefits. Id advise not talking to these people period their probably phishing for personal information.

I was caught off guard and answered the phone and was having a "stupid" day and they asked me two questions only and I answered both like a dumb ass.  I don't know what I was thinking.  They asked for me by my first name and I just got this number, which has never been anyone else's number, so I don't know how they go it, but any way, they wanted to know if any one in my household received ss disability benifit, and I said no, and they asked if I did or if I needed to, and I said no.  They said thank you and that was it.

This is the number for the Claims Assistance Group, a private company that provides services helping people file social security claims. They called me because someone in my household contacted them; however, they may be guilty of cold calling - I do not know. They are a legitimate company that connects people seeking SS benefits with legal advocates.

I chose call type "Unknown" below, but no, it was a legitimate call. I looked up the number to confirm the company name.

Wanted to talk to me, I wasn't home (but I was the one who answered) don't know you, don't want to know you LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!  But get tis called from a 973 500 2730 ha ha.

This number call me and got alot of my personal information.  What can i do to track that call and company

Wanted to know if anyone in my family was disabled and wanted to collect social security. I hung up.

I have been receiving repeated calls from this group on my cell phone (which is on the NO CALL registry) with no messages left.  I finally answered to determine the source of the call.  I was told that I was being called because a member of my household was seeking assistance with a disability claim and had "supplied" my e-mail and phone number.  I was initially concerned because my e-mail had been hacked recently and I thought the call and that event could possibly related.  The caller proceeded to use evasive tactics to avoid my inquiries as to the manner in which my e-mail and phone number had been secured and persisted in attempting to gather additional personal information about myself and my household.  It was then that I realized this was clearly a solicitation call attempting to secure "business".  SSID claims advocates can receive up to $6,000 in monetary rewards in NJ if they win the claim...no wonder this company is so actively seeking business.  I am enraged at the false statements that were made to me by this company's representative and am seeking avenues to take legal action against them.  If this company wants to advertise and solicit business, let them PAY to advertise through channels that people choose to view or ignore.  False statement made to consumers while HARASSING them on phone lines for which they pay are unacceptable.

Hey Mr. 404-891- 5643, If you have the courage to place a call, then have the decency to leave message for the purpose of your call.  Otherwise, do not bother to call.

Said they were a Claims Assistance Group. Said does someone in the house need SS assistance. Said no and please stop calling here and hung up on them. They called twice today.

They asked me the same thing asked for me by name and if I applied for ss assistance, I said no and that maybe someone else in my house had then they gave me this call back #404-891-5643. But it came up on my caller ID as an alford call.
