I completed a debt I owed with NCO Solutions. The account is payed out in fulll.  So far today I have gotten at least 4 phone calls from that phone #, and when I answer, no one says anything and within seconds the caller hangs up! Each time its the same! Does not this constitute harrassment?

Yes-they do that-call-don't say anything and hang up-it is a computer.
If a real person answers tell them you are a detective there investigating the murder of the person they are calling for and start harassing them about their connection with the deceased, if the same sex ask them in an accusatory tone if they were lovers. Demand there home phone number and address and remind them lying to an officer in the process of investigating a murder is accessory and carries a 5 to 25 year term at hard labour. Ask them what their connection to the Polish Mafia's international sex slave and heroin smuggling ring the deceased was allegedly involved in and is and  do they know who ordered the hit. . Tell them they need to drive to the airport immediately and there will be a ticket for them at the Pan Am counter {how smart can they be and think of the laugh when they ask the skycap for directions to the Pam Am counter?}

They keep calling and staying quiet on the line, whoever they are.
I am assuming they want some people to call back so then they are not the initiators of the call when they give you a pitch for a scam. They can then claim that you called them!

This number called me today and i called them back, it said something about a scholarship offer for school

They called me and the signal was so bad, I wonder how they know my name though! They also asked me if i was currently in school? and then hung up. Weird

they have called me twice today with the same number. I didn't anser either rime and they didn't leave a message. Then I went to YP.com and searched them and no listing came up, you know they are not a ligit business if their numbver is not posted. They are calling my cell phone to boot!!!

They have called my cell phone twice.  Both times after they have called it sends my phone into my internet that I don't have.

They like to call me mondays,wensdays,and fridays. Their favorite time is when I'm at work.

Theyve been callin me for days .... When would they ever stop?!

I have seen this number show up on my call list several times but no message is left.  It's creepy.  I don't have any unpaid debts or overdue bills so I don't know why or how they got my number.

When I call this number back, a recorded message comes on saying "Thank you for calling SchoolFit.com. We apologize if you did not recognize our number." The recording goes on to give an option to be added to their do not call registry. I haven't answered any calls from this number but somehow a couple of months ago I was researching schools online and then started getting calls from various school representatives. I was answering the calls at first, and telling them to stop calling me, but since the calls continued, I just stopped answering them. Be really careful giving out your phone number, especially cell phone numbers, in online forms for information requests...

don't know who they are they have been calling me for days won't do them any good though i only use my cell for texting since I am deaf.

I don't know the origin of this call. I will not call it back. I have answered it once, no one was there. They keep calling, but I am not answering it. If they want to leave a message they can. I will have my phone company look into this and have them remove this caller.

they've called twice in four days..'slim fit education'? I don't know what the hell they said or why they think I got children .....wtf...I have answered with , 'who is this?' and they've hung up before I could say it. WHATEVER. Seems like a scam , to me.

Caller ID says "School Fit."  Have no idea why they are calling me, since we have no children at home and we are retiring this year.

This is a collector. But after I threatened to report the guy for harrassment he tried to offer me a discount on child porn. They are scum and should be sent to Gitmo for the spa treatment
