Scammer trying to get money for payday loans that don't exsist. Called family and friends trying to get info. Saying there is a legal matter and case against my name. I don't know how these people got phone numbers from family and friends. I never use their numbers for anything. This man goes by the name Ken Black.  Do not pay them anything unless they send proof and paperwork in the mail. Don't give them any personal information. Hang up on them or don't answer at all!!!

I got this call too.   Don't know how they got any of my information.  I don't ever respond to any calls that I don't know the number/or caller.  Also if there was a legal action they would mail a certified letter with appropriate information.  

keeps calling my work, but have never gotten anything in the mail saying what this is about from a Mr. Ken Black. lived at my address for 20 years. This needs to stop

This caller leaves messages stating I need to contact him back. Something about a complaint and lawsuit concerning my ex husbands sister that I'm involved in. I have been devorced for 15 years. I also moved out of state afterwards and changed my number. I called back and he would not tell me what his company's name was demanded my name. I did not tell him. Mr. Ken [***] Black is his name. I never heard of a legit company refuse there company name. This is a low life person from the project trying to scam peaple.

I work at Mutual of Omaha  Insurance Company and this  Ken Black has been constantly calling my workplace. He told my boss that he is a debt collector and that he is trying to keep my case from going to court. I found out that he is a fraud and is doing this to a lot of people. I have been getting into trouble at my job because of this guy. I called his phone number and got his voicemail-told him that he needed to quit calling my job and to send me what he thought I owed in the mail. Im tired of this harassment from this phony!!!

Called a relative of mine that I don't even talk to and said he was looking for my side of the story on a legal matter.  Strange.
