Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID says "Appointment."  Recording said "Goodbye" when I picked up.

I just got that exact call. Caller ID said Atlanta, GA but the message was "goodbye".

Same thing... just says "Goodbye".  Strange.

Caller ID said "APPOINTMENT." When I picked-up it was mid-statement from a recording saying "that was not a valid extension," then it hung up.

I have had it with these dappy people that rings other peoples number ,Just for "KICKS" !!!.
There should be someone that could put a stop to these type of calls. When you pick up the reciever they say goodbye.
My ID showed Appointments. They'll try anything, I guess to get you to answer. Then not talk That is Harrassment!!

Got a call from this number (404-902-5798) this afternoon.  Caller ID showed "APPOINTMENT."  Voice answering machine answered, gave it's message.  The caller (recorded voice) left a "Goodbye" message.  Call then ended.

Didn't answer.  ID: Appointment.

Goodbye from a boiler room? This stupid message has been passed around for a long time, used by criminals.

Instead of using the bots recording, maybe they should put their own disgusting voice. Oh wait, their disgusting voice will shut down the answering machine cause even the answering machine can't stand it.

Just filed a robocall complaint at the FTC complaint website. Partial recording left on answering machine: "...if you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you..."  I'm on the do not call registry, and have never done any business whatsoever with any security system companies.  This is a clear violation of the do not call registry regs.

Folks, file a complaint with the FTC when you receive these idiotic robocalls.  It's a hassle for sure, but do it; at least you will have done your part.

this number called me twice, left a blank message on the voice mail. ID said "appointment". eeeyeah, i have an appointment in Atlanta? when im over 600 miles away? LMAO! scamming crock of [***]

Got a call from them.  It sounds like some scam to "install a security system at no cost to me whatsoever." and they need to put a sign in my yard.  

Never caught a name in the recording.  My number is unlisted & on national do not call registry, and has been for multiple months.

this is a variation of that "we will install a free home security system if you just let us place a sign in your yard" scam...

,,also worth considering is whether this is actually originating in Atlanta GA orf if it's one of those Pakistan-boiler room operations that run off a 404 International Calling Code (404) that connect the telemarketer with the call recipient who has the misfortune to actually answer the call...

sounds like same security system robocall, just a different number than 516-430-5167. It shows up as "APPOINTMENT"

On the "no call" list but to no avail these objectionable calls get through.
