Received a call tonight from this number. Caller ID said Live Oak Bank. When I called back they wanted me to tell them my name and phone number to verify who I am. They answered by saying are you returning a call? This just sounds suspicious. I hung up on them. Very unprofessional.  And what bank is open on a Thursday at 6:25 pm?

They left me a message saying I was part of a fraud investigation.

Got a call threatening myself about fraud I was involved in...they called back ..I called and told them not to call me again..scam...they said yeah right b....h..she was an african american girl..laughing thinking it was funny10:35 am 7/25/14...catch them throw away the key...

call from 404-995-2022 and 678-562-1211 both saying their name was Karen Rogers with financial crime division unit and charges being downloaded in my county today/called number back to ask them what kind of agency they were and who they represented/she asked me to hold on and then came back on the line and said we do not find your number in our database/advised of course you don't because i'm calling from police station and they are recording the contents of the conversation/she then stated rudley, you don't need to know anything, and no need to call us back, and then hung up in my face

These people called back again today. This time it was the same number but instead of Live Oak Bank, the Caller ID said Legal Mediation and it was Karen Rogers again. Same old, same old. These people are crazy!

Received call from this number today on my cell, didn't answer...no message. I no longer answer any calls from numbers I do not recognize. Seriously tired of these calls....

They called and yelled into my voice mail!!!!  No message left

On my caller I'd says legal mediation, and it vclrarly shows it is internet call. No legal person uses internet/google talk to call.

Just got a recorded call from Live Oak Bank saying It was a last call before the warrant was issued for my arrest in illegal activity and they needed to talk to me or my lawyer.  Knowing it is a scam I just hung up and now adding to the list in case someone else gets this call.

Just called my cell and my work number and started in on needing to verify a file that they have on me. I hung up. They call constantly for various numbers. Seriously, these folks should get a real job.

yup they called me and said my name was going to be downloaded today in my county database please call us asap but idiots don't leave a number i happen to be home today and wrote the number down but a bunch of [***]

These people called again tonight from this number but tonight my Caller ID said Legal Mediation. Oddly enough, they did not leave a voice mail today. The next time they call I will be answering and I will be blowing an air horn into the receiver. Idiots. These people are the scum of the earth. I hope they all rot in hell.

Karen Rodgers, Financial Crime Divison. My name is being downloaded into the database and they need to speak with me or my attorney. Got a similar call yesterday from Robert Marshall, White Collar Processing Divison #404.996.1953. Saying basically the same thing. Well y'all, at least from what I can tell they are targeting younger people instead of the elderly at this point. Even though we all know it will eventually start happening to them too. Jerks. They will eventually get what's coming to them...scam artists always do.

I received the same message and call.  Said it was Live Oak Bank.  Did not give a name.

They keep calling, the caller ID showed the call is internet phone. They just cover themselves somewhere else  and use the name Legal mediation. Even they want to scam they should use sofsicated method. They are stupid scammer. I guess there should be a rule that internet phones should be vanished nor counted to the phone number as Viber or other apps. So the scammer end up using there real name .....

I know in Arkansas we can report the info to the Attorney General and they actually do something about it...I reported some payday loan BS (which I had nothing to do with..never even so much as googled "payday loan" or anything) a few years ago and I couldn't believe it but they really took action and stopped the harassment. Hope that helps!

Hello, I got the same exact thing as Stephanie state above the call was from some Karen Rodgers.  Same EXACT message as Stephanie.  That they need to talk to my retained attorney immediately about my name being downloaded into the county database regarding a crime.

These calls are sickening!

Called to say that they were going to charge me with a felony for some non-payment.  When I called them back and demanded more information they tried to say they were looking for a Monica Love - not me and hurriedly ended the call.  Scam is written all over them.
