I received several missed calls and no messages.

Caller has called twice previously without leaving a message. On Monday 23-July-2012, he called and I picked up my phone. He claimed he has a legal notice or summons on the way for me on behalf of a Natalie White. As I tried to probe further, he just hanged up on me (which was very rude and annoying).  I called him back and I got the message that the number was not in service -- which added to my anger and frustration.

I also called  back and the number is not in service now

Unknown caller from 405-233-3382 did not state name or reason of call, some sort of recorded female voice said 'good bye", then hung up phone.  I returned the call and was placed hold for more than 10 minutes.  No answer.

this is just one of the many #'s that I have received a call from with a person claiming to be from Feldmen, mead, and Associates.  In the past week there have been about 5 different #'s and when I look them up none of them are attached to any company.  My wife took a message from one of the people and got an 888 # and when I called it back the phone was answered by an auto system telling me "Good Bye"...how rude

Lady called and acted like she had a summons for my mother who does not even live in the same state as me.  I got a little angry with her because she wanted to know if I would be home between 9-4 the next day to receive it yet wouldn't tell me what address she was inquiring about....mine, my mother's, my work (since that's where she bothered me!!!)  This company is annoying and should be reprimanded since from reading the comments above it's obviously a scam.

called twice and spoke to my mother who said she was going to receive a summons tomorrow. freaked her out. attempted to call back number and was put on hold for 10 mins and then got disconnected.

I have received several calls from this number stating something about a summons to appear in court. I questioned the company they were from, my caller ID states OK call but he said they were in PA. Very weird hoping no one has stolen my identity.

This has just happened to me. Last weekend and yesterday. I have had 405-233-3382 call me many times but I have never answered. Then they have contact 2 of my family one that lives in another state. They have given my family members 2 different 866 and 800 numbers.  A women stating they are looking for me and have a summons but can't give any other information. So I have called last night and they tell me there is a lawsuit against me in regards to a credit card from First Bank of Delaware that I haven't paid on since 2001. I am like WHAT I have no idea what your talking about. The gentlemen couldn't give me anymore information unless I set up a payment agreement... I am like NO WAY. He kept trying to smooth talk me into paying. I am like I need to talk to a lawyer about thie because this is 11 year old debt and I have not paper work and I have never received a certified letter for me to sign that I have received something. How can this be. It has to be a scam. I am waiting today to see if an officer serves me with papers today between 9-4... How do we report this and get it to stop.?

I too have had this happen from the same numbers, both the OK number and the 800. I took it upon myself to do some leg work and contacted the First Bank of Delaware directly who does issue cards through Continental Finance. According to both Companies, neither my name, supposed card number or my social comes up in any of their databases. When I asked how far back their databases go they said all the way to the first date they began issuing cards that began with those numbers. In my case the card began with 5126 and those cards were not issued before mid 2006. According to Feldman Meade and Associates, my account was opened in 2000. IMMEDIATE RED FLAG! They have called several times and harassed me and family members in other states. Needless to say, it has been a huge burden on my time and my sanity! I decided to err on the side of caution and closed my accounts and canceled all cards and have since opened new accounts and had new cards reissued. New PINs the whole nine! Better safe than sorry. My next step will be too gather all documentation from my own investigation and call the Federal Trade Commission (as recommended to me by Bank of Delaware) and have them investigate. Additionally, a quick search of the company name pulls up a totally different type of organization. Hope this information helps those who need it. God Bless!

Just file a police report against this number for harassment ... You all should file a report

Some man called from this number and said he has been trying to get in touch with my brother as he has a -court appearance.  He continued on he needs to make sure someone is home to receive these papers to-morrow.  I took the information down- Feldman, Mead, and Associates, gave me a number to pass along- 866-378-8333 and a case number.
I started to look this firm up on line and found a very simplified chart with names and not much of anything else.  It listed Vanessa Beauchamp and Mike Goolsby...
I decided to call the man back from the number he called from- They lied and said they were in Woodridge Ill.... that is a long way from Oklahoma area code (405) and Florida.  When some other man answered he said he was Mead- if this is legit (not) why would a business owner answer his own phone?

they also call from a OK cell number 918 856 3560 and the caller was amanda hill she called my sister and told her she needed to talk to my wife or she would be forsed to have her put in jail for failure to apere ( forgive my spelligng) now in the state of PA you have to be serverd frist by cert letter and the state police handle any crime so i called him back at the number he gave my sister told him he was full of it in short and kinder tems ( i will not repete what i told him and called him here) wen he had a sec to respond to me me i hung up simple if we do owe the money we would have got a hard copy in the mail and a reg. letter as to being served  complete scam

They called my number, asking me to pass info about a court summons to my boyfriend, I asked how they got my number.  They said he had used me as a reference... no true.  
They called my boyfriend right after talking to me.  Then called me back, again asked me to pass on the court summons info.  I asked why, when you just got off the phone with him?  The guy denided talking to my boyfriend, then called me a lier for saying I knew he had just talked to my boyfriend.....  What the!  I said this has nothing to do with me, do not call this number.  He said that he would be calling me again tomorrow.

How does a person stop these bottom feeders from continuing to call?

This studpid number has called my ex husband asking if he was going to be home at 9 tomorrow to deliver court papers on my behalf. I tried to call the number back and they sid that the number I have dialed cant be reached.

Two weeks ago they call my job stating that they needed serve me legal papers my co worker told me. I haven't receive a call from them until today they call my cell, and the lady stated she was from Feldman,Meade and Associates, and she asked for me and i stated she is not available. I called back the phone number and it stated you had reach non working number and check your number or dial again. If they called again i will have something for there [***]!!!

This has happened to me and my husband regarding a bogus debt.  These people are evil. tell them you will be reporting them and their activities to the Attorney General.

I get a call from the # 405-233-3382 Everyday. I say Hello twice then it says GOODBYE in an automated voice and disconnects the call. This call is from Arcadia, Oklahoma. I don't know anyone in Oklahoma/

I keep getting calls everyday from 405-233-3382 same voices and same bull. Everyday u say u have  civil court papers to deliver well do it...the cases u calling about went on my credit for seven years its done u a business agency, i have a d.l. and and a social security# y u need a address u scammers.....if u were a legit business u wld have all the info u need.. NO COURTS CALL U N THE UNITED STATES AND TELL U THEY SENDING U COURT PAPERS U WILL BE SERVERD...PERIOD im going to the police station and callng the federal action because they r calling and harrassing family members up in age as well....dont be scared people fight back....take care...

Got  three calls form this number and was not available to answer. if you cal back this number is not avialable. They called my son's father in-law today say they were serving me papers tomorrow between 9 and 4 if I was home. I do not love anywhere near them They are calling peole and asking for me. I will call the Ohio Attorney
General tomorrow.
