This number calls at different hours each day but never leaves a message.

I havs gotten 5calls from this number since yesterday afternoon, they don't leave a message...

I picked up but didn't answer. The caller finally broke the silence by introducing himself as "Eric from the Oklahoman."

People kept calling my husbands business line and never leaving a message. Finally after they call at 9pm I called them back. It is a telemarketer calling for a discount subscription to the daily Oklahoman. If you call back hit 3 - this removes you from call list but don't hang up right away you will have to hit 1 twice saying you are sure you want the annoying calls to stop.

Thank you for the instruction because I was getting an Unknown call and then a call from 405-254-4964 at least 3-4 times per day.  Very annoying, but did what you said so hopefully the calls will stop.  Thanks again.

Got a call, but no one answered.

Thank you so much! We were getting these calls multiple times a day even though I have repeatedly told them we don't even open the newspapers they send us, so we don't want them anymore, even if they were FREE!

They have woken my baby up with these stupid calls, so I was getting very upset with them.

Message said it would take 48 hours to remove the number.

Called 3 times in one day and lets it ring 2-3 times and hangs up when answered.

Thank you for posting this!  It is a telemarketer calling for the Daily Oklahoman.  Called and went through the number deletion process to get number removed from their call list.  Just wish it didn't take 48 hours to process!  Thanks again!

Called at random times. I called back and it says something like thank you for calling the Pisa group for discounted rates on newspapers. I pressed 3and it says press 1 to confirm and that's out. I hope that's it.

Thank you so much Annoyed. I did what you posted, and the calls have stopped COMPLETELY!!  Your advice saved me. I work nights, and they would call 7-8 times between 9am and 5pm. Now I can sleep peacefully. Thanx again. You are awesome.

Call the number back and use automated system to remove your number.  Why anyone would buy the Oklahoman is beyond me

It is automated telemarketer for a discount subscription to the Oklahoman newspaper.Just call back, don't worry its automated. Once you hear the recording push 3, wait for another recording asking if your sure, push 1 then wait one last time for another recording asking are you sure you want your number deleted from the calling list, and push 1 for the last time. It will indicate you have been deleted from the calling list. EASY!!!!

They have been calling for over two weeks twice daily. Once early in the morning & then evening & hang up when answering machine picks up. How do you make this stop??

Try making sure an answering device doesn't take the calls, if you can, or try blocking the number. Possible they're after a live voice more than anything. Tire them out by making their time calling you a waste and it's possible to drive them off that way.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase
