Craigslist scam pretending to rent a house that they do not own in Vancouver, WA. - FRAUD -.

Male calling from this number claims to be a husband of Peggy Nelson. Also claims to be associated with Catholic Heart Workcamp. This is a rental scam!!! Lost money due to that. Local authorities has been notified.  Please be aware!

Seen an add on craigslist for a house and was obviously a scam since it was too good to be true.  The man and I were emailing back and forth trying to get information and money out of me.  EVERYONE BEWARE!!  He told me his name was Andrew Morgan Leo and that he and his wife were in TEXAS with the Catholic heart workcamp and to ignore the realtor sign out in front of the house that I would be dealing with him directly!!!! such a scam!!

House for rent in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Andrew Morgan Leo was his I'm sure fake name, tried to rent me a house and said he and his wife were in Texas at Catholic HEART workcamp. Such a lie. Glad I googled his fake name. Called from 405-259-5527. Don't communicate with this loser.

Claimed to be Arthur Lane. There is an actual Arthur Lane in the area, which made this believable.  Watch out.

Rental Scam for a house in San Antonio.  Luckily I realized this when I got the email below.  Don't be fooled by these awful people.

He called me from a NY # 516-778-7658. It truly broke my heart to know it was all a lie ...I was really exited...Same story about his son having lukemia.... Wow ... What a lesson to my children ...Unreal...Makes me sick.

Same here ...But he called me from a NY number 5167787558.... Same story about his son been sick with lukemia....So sad .

He is toning down some of the scam wording. Still was easy to spot.
