Yeah, they hung up after I said "hello" three times. This was probably a 'phishing' call to see when I am available for an actual telemarketing call of some kind. C'mon - call back and let's play! Since my number has been listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for many years, when they do call back it will be game on, my goal being to cost them as much time, resources and money as possible by any means necessary...

Yep, they called back - "Home Improvements and Remodeling Group", apparently a clearing house for various home remodeling contractors, cold-calling illegally in disregard of the National Do-Not-Call Registry. I agreed that I needed a LOT of new windows. When the actual contractors call, I'll get information about each, then file a BBB complaint against each ("Unethical Sales Practices") for working with a law-breaking third-party (HI&RG) to receive sales leads. Sometimes if ya' want it fixed right, ya' gotta DIY...

Received 2 calls at work between 9a and 10:30a and 1 at 8:40 p. Tried to answer the last one and there was no answer they hung up after 10 seconds or so. Tried to call back and recording just says "goodbye" and hangs up

annoyed telephone call every day!!!

They hung up after I answered my cell phone which is on the 'do-not-call' registry.

HIRG sells leads to Home Advisor aka Service Magic, who then tells contractors u made internet inquiry.

this company from Shawnee, OK , at 405-421-0331 keeps calling my number. Tried to call back and get a hang up.

HIRG used to use Indian call centres, American voice this time, but not an Oklahoma drawl.

yes I just got off the phone with them ... nice sounding girl ..but scary thing is they not call my no call list cell phone ... she had my address. knows I am the home owner and had one of my old email addresses

Do not answer trying to sell you remodeling .. Calls constantly

I was called with a pitch about siding and windows.  I scheduled an appointment with two contractors.  Should be interesting since I am a renter and live in 22 story high-rise in Manhattan.  Wonder if I can get a kick-back?  This is a big job and there should make room for me at the old feed trough, right?

This number calls me on my cell phone at least twice a week and never leaves a message. I don't answer calls where I do not know who it is. So presume this is a marketing company. I am registered on the 'do not call' list.

Received 4 calls in 4 days.  Have CPR call blocker.  After first call they just get hanged up on.

Really tired of the calls, we answer and they hang up.

The caller asked for me by name. I told him, "No one is here by that name." He hung up immediately.

Yeah, I do that all the time...I say, "who's your supervisor, what's the name of your company and what's your name".  they hang up right away.

Yup...same remodeling crap.  Called several times a day over three days.  Finally called them back and told them I wasn't interested
