They called and said that there was had something against my SS # but I went to call this back and was unable to get anyone to answer all they gave with the call was a acct # when they called did not leave a number to call them back I just got the number off my caller ID. The name they gave me was Tracy Blass I tried to find that name and came up with nothing .

Same here. They will get more and more aggressive threatening legal action. But it's all a scam.

Claiming I have a civil suit in there office a warrant for my arrest will be made unless I pay on this matter today.will call back in 24 hours.

When you get these type of calls, you do not need to be polite.  You may be verbally abusive to them.  You may tell them about the pictures of their mother you have in your wallet and on your computer.  You may tell them that they are worthless [***]-bags.  You may even offer to bring them money or signs of tribute.  When you arrive, assuming the idiot is stupid enough to offer you an address,  I cannot recommend hitting them or assaulting them because that might be against the law.  Then again, if these people are beaten senseless, I will not be offended.
