Critzer England group - nurse recruiter

Nurse recruiter calling me, an engineer.  How in the world do these people get my cell phone number
and how do you get them to stop?

I wondered who would call me from Oklahoma but it was a temp agency I applied with telling me that they moved to a new location from their old place. Weird.

Most cell phones have a reject feature that you can put the number in as to it being rejected when it comes in.  That's what I did. No idea why they would be calling me so no interest in talking to them.

This was a prerecorded call from a fine jewelry shop where I had a ring reconfigured and enlarge once.  I must be on their mailing list because I receive post cards announcing sales event.  The call was of the owner of the shop personally inviting me to an upcoming event anniversary party.  The shop is so small and quaint I cannot imagine how they would fit more than 2 dozen jewelry lovers for anything.  At any rate, the caller ID displayed Call Multiplier and I looked it up on the Internet and it is a company that sets up service with the business where the business records a message and then CM creates a file that stores the telephone numbers to be called and then sends a broadcast call out to all the numbers that plays the prerecorded message.  From these posted messages I would say that the service is pretty successful with this new type of mass marketing method.  Pretty ingenious.  Wish I had thought about it because I like the whole concept even though it does create yet another phone call the intended receives, it saves time, money, paper and other resources.  I still received a color post card for Pave's Fine Jewelry Anniversary Event last week, the business sent this recorded message to remind me.  I am impressed and I may have to get out my fancy duds out and go have some finger food and a cocktail with these snooty people.

I received call from this number multiple times. I finally picked up the phone. There was automated message. It played foreign songs and reminded about an upcoming foreign language local event. I pressed number 2 to be connected to a representative to purchase tickets and told representative to remove my number from marketing calls. Representative told me my number will be removed from marketing calls.

The caller leaves a message entirely in Spanish. I do not speak nor understand message. Furthermore, I added the number to my block number list almost 10 days ago and I still receive calls.

Caller ID said Callmultiplier. They called at 6:20 in the morning!

This is not a malicious calls coming from this number. the number appears to be a church group with prayer request. I am just getting irritated with all the request. Please help me try and get removed from this churches message service.

You can try contacting the church group responsible for these calls. You probably gave them your number at some time. This number appears to be a service that multiple organizations and businesses use to contact clients or members. Therefore you have to contact the particular business or organization that they were calling about to have your number removed.

This number is used by organizations that you may belong to to send out announcements. It is a service that is purchased by organizations. Churches, school groups, fraternal organizations, civic groups as well as unsavory folks trying to send blanket messages. So the best thing to do is to listen to the message and see if there is a method to get removed stated in the message. That should remove you from that groups list

They just called me regarding a job fair?

Yeah, me too, and I am not looking for a job. Why are there so many unsolicited calls lately, what the heck is going on? It's getting on my last good nerve.

Apparently this is a marketing group for a bunch of different companies.  My call was from Sears, announcing a sale at the local store.  Since I have a 'relationship' with them because I bought stuff there, they are not subject to the Do Not Call List restrictions.
Blah...blocked em now!

Was a hang up call.  Maybe was a spoofed scam call - as we get so many of those.

Received call this a.m....did not answer...Company Call Multiplier

I answered this time..a benign message about where I live and what has become availble for purchase. Appears is a way for office to multiple call with a message to residents.

"Hi! I'm your neighbor at (-street named here which is near us)-and we are having a,"
I HUNG up and that point and blocked area code 405 which is located in Oklahoma. WHY don't you give YOUR name if you are a "neighbor"?
Call Multiplier is a COMPANY who lets real estate or other people make robo calls sounding like they are in YOUR neighborhood. The first thing that came to mind is that the caller  (obviously a recording) gets people out of their homes at a certain time so that burglaries can take place in the nearby neighborhood (I'm at least a mile or two away from street named in call) while at least some are at the "open house." Good ploy. Not dumb. They can sit in cars and see who leaves or walks to the fake "open house"!
