I have written National Credit Solutions twice, asking that they provide me with: 1. a document showing the agreement with their client that authorized them to collect on an alleged debt; 2. a document bearing the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she promises to pay the creditor; 3. complete payment history on this account so as to prove the debt amount is correct.  I disputed the alleged debt within the 30 day period required.  They did not send me the requested documentation.  I sent a follow-up letter asking that they remove my name from their records and not contact me again.  They furthermore have not responded in a timely manner, thus violating FDCPA rules.  Today I received a call on my private cell phone, which I did not respond to.  I do not wish to be called by this company again, as I do not owe the debt they are alleging, and regard any further communication from them as harassment.

have had numerous calls and always ask for my husband who is not here it is an automated call and it even goes to the answering machine and cuts off before it goes anywhere but asking for him.. crazy We have no bills due.or out dated. I am tired of this. If I knew who they were I would tell them to quit calling and take our number off their list.

recently started getting calls from this company. I have already received calls from 3 or 4 other companies for various people - none of whom are at this residence or have any connections to my household -  Mr. Jason Wilson, Christie Eds, Belinda Duck respectively. So, now I am investigating the proces of how to take these companies to court.

Nothing else seems to work, the DO NOT CALL is pointless, The attorney general's offices are about as much help as hemeroids and the better business burea will contact the companies which will stop them temporarily and which brings tons of pointless apologies right up to the time they simply re-sell the debt & your number to a new company, resulting in the process starting all over again. Usually even more agressively. These companies are too unprofessional and inconsiderate to even be bothered by the fact they have a wrong number, so at least I can hopefully have the satisfaction of taking them to court for all the harassment that I have endured.

I keep getting calls for someone that does not live here. On the answering machine sometimes they leave an 800 number which leads to another number that has a recording about $4.95. I hang up as I am not paying $4.95 to try and get them to stop calling here. I have had visitors and these people will call two or three times within 30 minutes. This is getting to be pure harassment.

Apparently, according to other websites, this is a ollection agency for Columbia House. People are reporting that Columbia House is trying to collect debts dating back to 2002.

Please be advised that by the Statute of Limitations (SOL) in most states this debt is not even collectible. Don't send them a dime. You can even SUE THEM if they put ANYTHING on your credit report for a mysterious time barred debt. Write them and ask them to provide you with a copy of your signature/proof and let them know that the debt is out if your state's Statute of Limitations. Then send them a ceast and desist letter. THEY WILL GO AWAY VERY QUICKLY!

I started about a mouth ago getting calls from this place saying I have a past do bill with figher hunt. So I call figher  an ask if I have a open acout ,but I know  I  didn't have one because I don't  I have  with  4 kids. when  I asked if  I have an open acout they said no they coundn't find anything with my name or information. But they keep calling saying they want $40 dollars from me .

Debt collectors today work on commission in a recession. You don't need much education for the job and some find themselves in a dead end. You almost have feel sorry for them because we all have to eat.

My husband and I had our phone number changed and unlisted 5 years ago.  Since getting this new number, we keep getting calls from collection agencies for a person by the name of Dominick Morono, who obviously had this phone number before us and obviously didn't pay any of his bills. We keep telling them they this is our number now and we have no idea who Dominic Morono is but they keep calling.  We have told them not to call ever again but they still call.  Today they have called twice.  We are considering this harassment at this point.

Calling for my husband x-wife of over 20 years ago daughter from her 1st of 4 husbands. go figure these people don't care. Like Im gonna pay for my husbands x-wife's daughter (whom I never meet) and he hasn't seen in 20years. omg. these people wanted us to pay for her bill of which she is 40 something years old. please. can someone offer information how to rid these people of a license. I called the ag office. consumer relations. and nothing is still done. I don't want to change my number I've had the same number since 1974

The person with the #(405)619-3630 asked for Whitney Thomas and I told them don't know who this person is and 248-622-3485 is my phone # and do not call me again. They continue to call regardless of what I have said.

I keep getting calls from NCS over some BMG Music Service.   The original amount they stated was applied for collection was $24 and is now over $169.06 and I found this out by checking my credit report of which they applied it there.  I called them upon seeing this against my credit and challenged them as this was a bogus charge to me and informed the following, and now there calling my house/cell phone on something from like 2005 and BMG is out of business!  These are the businesses that need be bombed, not the towers.

I've getting calls from them asking for someone I had never even heard of (and always automated). I called them back, on the number the called me from (405)-619-3630, and told them that it was a wrong number. They verified it, marked it as a bad number, and promised I wouldn't get any more calls.

I have received a number of calls from them about debts that I have not paid. Of course I didnt pay them, I dont owe them. All of my debts are either paid or being paid. They cannot provide me with documentation that I owe any debts they are claiming that I owe. They are calling my work number after they have been asked not to call my work. They call my house any time day or night. They normally use an automated machine to call which is in violation of Indiana laws - as I am on the do not call list. When I called them back - they hung up on me three times and the fourth time I got a rep who insisted that I owed a bogus debt. He said that if I dont pay the debt he will put it on my credit report. I have never not had an account with BMG for over 10 years and it was paid off when I closed it. Now they have come up with a another debt in which I have never heard of the company.
IAW the Fair Debt Collection Act they are violating most every aspect of the act. I am in the process of sending them a latter and I will be forwarding a copy of the letter to the Attorney General of Oklahoma.

Ive been receiving multiple phone calls from this company and each time that they call it is from a different number! I have no account with this company!

I am getting calls from this number on my extension at my workplace. I answer, no response on the other end -- dead silence. It has been happening with increasing frequency. I work for a university and I am investigating a way for the university to get involved to get this to stop.

This is the third time I've gotten a phone call from this number.  I don't know who the call is from since I don't pick up calls from numbers that aren't in my phone book, but I've figured it out from all the other messages people have left here.  If this place keeps calling I'm going to get my phone company to block the number.

Mine is just another story of endless call for people I've never heard of.  Do these folks get paid by the phone call?
