Got the same calls as everyone else I get them every so often but from different number all across the US but leave the same robo call with my name and a case number in there.

series of fraudulent calls from same scam artist/group. Stopped for six months (placing numbers on block in my iPhone). Keep calling and bothering my family, former employment, and members from my personal life in 2009.

Share far too much personal infoation but not legit charge. Also, threaten arrests and jail. We do not have debaters prisons in the USA. Also, inform tykes to send me something in writing and never do.

Where this is unfortunate for me, it is aggravating and upsetting at they continue to harass former emoyerd, ex-partners, and family with their schemes.

I've filed two reports from two separate numbers. They will stop wen people are given the tools and education to not fall for this any more.

Wrong number.
Threatening robo collections call for someone not at this number.
I've been receiving them for 4+ years from different phone numbers, different area codes: same robot, same fictional person, same message.

Calling threatening charges against me just like the rest of these comments.

Just received the same message. I work nights and sleep days and call woke me. Was very angry and hard to get back to sleep

I just received a message from this number, the person speaking just says they are from the Process Summons Division, and 2 charges of fraudulent activity have attached to my ssn and they wanted to advise me of my rights that I could address this know before I'm served at my home or place of employment, once that happens my rights are forfeited.  However, this number is the same number left on message and I was told to contact their legal department.

Same call as everyone else. Seriously you don't warn a person before you serve them. Total scam!

Another Robo call scam to block! Same thing said about 2 charges and a file number with my name on it and I will be served. laws in my state, this kind of thing has to be mailed to you and you have months to dispute it. They have to provide who they say you owe and the amount in letter. They do not do this because USA POSTAL FRAUD is a felon ! Reporting to the proper places once again.

I received a call stating I got a payday loan and fail to pay it back. I got a payday loan years ago and it was paid off. I believe someone got my I for from the payday loan and now running a scam. They state that they're going to send a summons to my home or job. They had my ss number and the last 4 digits to my bank account. My sister is a cop and I had her run a check on this number, please don't fall for the scam.

Ditto.  They have called my work and my cell on/off since March from different numbers.  Area codes 760, 626, 405, 202.   Some calls claim they are from the IRS, some claim they are representing a PayDay loan company.  Complete total annoying scam.   I have talked to the DA's office both where I live and where I work with no help at all.

Same thing just happen to me! Calling my sons phone saying I had two complaints and I had to go to court and all this other stuff for a loan back in 2012! They would not give me any other info!! But had some of my info!

Keeps calling me about fraudulent scam threatening me with serving papers at home or job or to be arrested about a loan thru 3yr loans that i did not receive because i quit sending them money to get a loan it never went thru.They even called me on a 911 call

Have received calls from several different area codes, the latest 405-673-2900.  I have no outstanding loans or credit card balances.  All previous calls to their numbers stated number no longer in service.  I refuse to return call and delete the message.

Harassing phone calls on both personal and work phones several times a day. Number has not been able to be traced back to any business or corporation.
