I changed cell phone carriers from T-Mobile to Helio. T-Mobile tried to charge me an extra month unjustified and I refuse to pay. The VERY next day I started receiving phone calls from this company (GC Services) trying to collect the debt that was sold to them from T-Mobile.

They are annoying and unrelenting.

SAME here!  We changed carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon, just 10 days before our contract end, but paid to the end of the contract, and they are sticking us with an "early termination fee"....jerks.....

Now we are getting calls from this "Operations Division" as well.

They successfully settled a class action in lawsuit against T-Mobile in California for these bogus fees.  If they don't drop the charge, we are going to try and start one here in Arizona as well.

Call from (405) 722-1462 (03/30/09 7:01 pm). Caller ID says OPERATIONS DIV. Left a voicemail stating calling about personal business matters to call (866) 794-1918 ext 6333. ***Side note to the above comments - I do have a recent collection from t-mobile for becuase i canceled my plan before my contract was up.

I also use T-mobile, but my bill is current and I am still a subscriber.  No message was left

This is a collection agency called GC Services www.gcserv.com. I ended up calling T-Mobile and come to find out they had an account that was canceled months ago still being billed and instead of sending me a bill or calling me they sent it to collections. The people at GC Services are VERY RUDE and dont help you worth a damn and could care less who you are and what the problem is they just want there money. When I called T-Mobile they also stated that sense the account had gone to collections there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with GC Services to get it taken care of. The Number they gave me to call them back was 1-866-794-1918. If you are dealing with them I say good luck to you!

My Dad went into a nursing home so we dropped his T-mobile account. He was out of his contract by several months but they tried to charge him an early termination fee of $200.00. We refused to pay it. Got calls from them and then got a call today from GC Services. The lady said she was representing the Federal Govt. Boy...what a lie!!! It took several tries to explain that my dad is incapacitated and could not speak with them. Seems like saying that you are with the Fed Govt should qualify as fraud.

I've received multiple calls from this number.  I have a pay as you go account with T-mobile, and as such have no outstanding balance with them.  I receive calls from this number early in the morning, and have always missed the calls.  They never leave a message.

me too! i have the same problem with this number and some other numbers that this agency are using. I ended my contract with tmobile last april but was surprised to get a bill of $192 from them for early termination fees and late fees!so stupid.....i dont know where this came from as i know i alrady settled everything before i even transferred to at&t. the operators of this agency were harassing me and giving me threats! i was scared at first but then i saw some of your comments and realize that they are actually doing this to a lot of people to make money! i hope they get bad karma! i wonder though, how are we going to make them stop! this is totallyn unfair!!!!!!

I just receive a bill from collections - no calls from T-Mobile- I had a pay as you go and am now being billed for almost $165.00 what is up with that?  Would love to hear how your problem was solved
