It's a spoofed call.  Ignore and DO NOT ANSWER.  It's not from Oklahoma.

this is a spoof number from out of the USA it is not Oklahoma AND even though they are blocked (all blocked calls will ring once and pop up on my tv) they have called 10 times in less than 2 hours  do not answer and eventually they will go away   hopefully to HELL

Called my cell phone and then my home phone. Don't know what company they represent. Don't answer their call.

Whoever this is that's keeps calling, call about every 10 minutes. I have a call blocker so it must be a robo-call. I called the number back and when they answer I think they say Global Voice.

Received a call from this number did not answer; did not leave a message.  An hour later I got another and this time I answered it.  There was a gentleman on the line asked for me by name said he was from some research center said he just wanted a moment of my time; I could hear typing in the background as if he was keying in something then the phone went to a dial tone.

said we're not telemarketeers we can call, (@ 8:45 pm) so you'll b smarter next time we call

I answered the phone and they asked to speak to me but before I say anything to anyone I always ask who is calling and as soon as I asked the man who was calling he immediately hung up. Just... don't answer.

Got 2 calls from this number.  No message left.

They have called about 25 times in the last couple of days  hope to meet them face to face

I answered after about 25 calls. They ask for me by my first name, and when I confirmed they hung up.

At least 2 calls per day for a week or so. Do Not Call seems to have no effect on this number. I've been told it's scammers verifying name and number combinations, also recording YOUR voice stating YOUR name to be used for some sort of identity scam. And there are several other numbers - ALL with 405 area code.

called me at 9:57 p.m.. Do you really think I would answer??? Don't know number, will not answer.

Got call this evening. Hung up and blocked.  Hope there is low spot in hell for these scammers.

Call was breaking up, but the women said something about the Arizona Lottery which is funny since the area code is Oklahoma! Told her she was breaking up and she said she'd call when the connection was better!

Filed a complaint with FTC.

This is a Google Voice number. They are hiding their real number. Still reported to FTC
The caller has a high pitched voice. Said she was calling for national research.
