Call me saying I owed money and that I needed an attorney.  If not the police would come for me with papers for court. Never heard of this befoee

Not to worry "rashad". Your being called by a two-bit Fraud who is trying to scam you. This scam is as common as white bread. By your callers use of this tactic, he has proven that he is a fraudulent and/or bogus debt collector. Ignore him or block his calls.
Research and know your rights as a consumer. It's easy, just Google it.

I am receiving the same harassment via continuous phone calls and voicemails. I'm a nervous mess and fear this person that calls himself "jack Conway". This person is foreign and extremely difficult to understand. Threatening to subpoena me and sue me. Claiming to put me in jail for 21 days.

I received a call from this number at work stating that I needed to call her "Sarah Johnson" asap to avoid criminal charges.  I figured this was a scam because she did not tell me what it was from or who she was with other than "the lawyers office"

Just got the same call.. I, myself, am a FDCPA certified debt collector. This is the most bogus nonsense I've ever heard. I laughed at this guy and he was furious! Haha.. Sorry, try the next idiot.

What a joke! Some foriegn clown calling demanding that I get a debit card NOW and give him the card number so they can collect $300.00. If I do not comply then the police will come and arrest me. Had a hard time not laughing while playing along. Called back and spoke with a supervisor who proceeded to cuss me out and make more threats. Called local police and reported their number. If you are going to try and scam people, at least make it believable. This scam "artist" is a joke!

My daughter and I just got a phone call from these [***] and saying they are coming to arrest her from the chandler police, I called chandler police and she said it is  scam!!!! They cant speak a bit of English!!! BEWARE!!

My daughter got a call from a #406-204-1156 the person was foreign and he was demanding her to pay $300.00 today or they would come to her work in an hour and arrest her, I called the same number and same [***] which was foreign called me every name in the book and said they are going to have me arrested as well by the Chandler police, I called the police and she told me it is a scam!!

I received a call from this number being harassed and talked to in a very inappropriate way. I was called out my name multiple times. Told me to suck his **** multiple times. Told me I was going to be arrested at my place of work. Told me I was being used for 684$ And Told me I was sent emails and a court paper that was never received.

You can not be arrested for owing a debt, its a civil matter, not criminal. Your callers are extortion scammers.. Make sure you file complaints.
File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

I got a call from this same caller and they continue to call and can not stop the calls!

Received call from 406-204-1156 and Sarah Johnson asked me do I know what this is about I said no do you. I don't call my job anymore and don't threaten me or I'm going to have you locked up.  

Called back and spoke with someone that would actually communicate. I asked them why they are trying to cheat people out of money. Guy stated that he needed money to feed his family and really hates this job. He admitted they are scammers and he wants to find a new job. Not a law firm, just a bucnh of wanna be scammers....not very good at it either.

I got a phone call from these people while I was at work.  They told the girl that he was a lawyer and needed to talk to me personally.   She transferred the call to me and he told me to give him the name of my lawyer.  I said I didnt have a lawyer and replied then who is going to represent you on your case.  I said what case and he oh you have not been notified yet.  Hold and I will transfer you the person who can tell you about your case.  I told him I didnt want to be transferred and if your a lawyer why cant you tell me what this case is about.  I told him to call me later after work hours and said that he couldnt.  I told him when you decide to tell what the case is call back until then leave me alone.

Keep getting calls from the same number as you guys. This individual cant speak proper. Saying that I need to get my lawyer involved as the state is suing me. Ha... if that was the case they will hire someone that can actually speak english.... not to mention a marshall will be on my tail. Looser!!!

4062041156 just called me. I am a mom of two little kids and yeah they scared me. I called the local police and the local FBI they agree its a scam! Honest people get scared .....idiots I swear they didn't know anything and they kept hanging up on me so I kept calling back. I went from scared to mad . I let them know I reported them to the FBI and they threatened to use my information to take out loans.
