Called my cell phone. Did not leave a message

Called my husband's business cell today.  Funny thing is, this is a 'smart phone with a plan.'  We USUALLY get these calls on our cheapo pre-paids whenever we add minutes through CALLINGMART.com.  But since we don't 'add minutes' to THIS phone, don't know how we got on THIS spam list.  This is ONE type of call we never seem to get on our landline!

Rang once, hung up.  Called the number back and it is Lisa from Reward Redemption to receive a $100 reward card for visiting one of their sites......SPAM!

called my cell phone rang twice an hung up did not leave message, number appeared  +114062042195 on my phone stating it was calling from the United States. I called back recording came up stating "This is Lisa from Rewards Redemption you recently visited one of our websites" I never visit websites or buy online so I hung up

Got a call from this number.  They didn't leave a message.  When I tried calling in back from a land line it hangs up on me each time.
