This comes up as "RESET"  They call saying this is your last chance to lower your credit card rate to 6.9%.  They do not leave there name or numble and you don't speak to an actual person.  They state you can speak to a person if you press 1 or you may be removed from there list by pressing 3.

I received 2 calls today, could only hear a partial message.  I looked the number up on switchboard.com and then entered the number in google and found others who have gotten this message. Thanks to all who posted.

We have the same problem. We are on the do not call list and have been. All I can find on whitepages.com is that it's from Bozeman, MT.

This is clearly a scam.  I pressed one and was transferred to an international number, I could tell by the ring tone.  When Nori answered I asked which credit card company he was with.  He immediately hung up on me.  Do NOT give them any personal information!

DItto on all previous postings.  This is why I will not answer the phone if I do not recognize the name/number of the caller.  While the DNC Registry probably takes care of legit businesses making cold calls, it obviously has no impact on these scam operations.

THIS IS A SCAM. This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, gift card, refund, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, insurance, secure handling, processing, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number,  or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent difficult-to-cancel monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. If they want you to call them up for instructions, they may tell you not to discuss the wire with Western Union desk clerks but the real reason is WU clerks are familiar with these scams and will warn you not to wire the money. Report to US Postal Service Inspectors https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

I just got a call from this number.  I pressed one and was transferred to a lady that asked me "IF I wanted to lower my interest rates?" I told her I would but I didn't have any credit cards.  She instantly hung up.  When I tried to call back to ask for a supervisor the number won't call out. Now I am just left irritated that someone would call my home, hang up on me and be so indecent as to hide their real phone number...what is this world coming to?

Two calls today too.  Also on DNC list.  One VM saying to accept press 1, to leave a vm press 2.  Definitely sounds like a scam from the prior messages here.

This is the third call I have received from this company.  I hear an automated message asking if I would like to lower the rate on my credit card - then it says, "If you would like to speak with a representative, press 1".  When I speak to the representative and tell them I am on the Do Not Call List and ask the name of their company, they hang up on me.
