Go ahead and post your location on the next page, don't worry about putting your information there, the Better Business Bureau is a very reputable organization.

The next page, pick all "No" for the different choices, provided you have not taken them to court yet.

On the next page, go into great detail, describe how Telephone Management Corp has sold your phone number to fraudulent telemarketers, to autodialers, etc. Explain that you are on the Do Not Call list (if you are) and also detail just how many calls you have recieved.
Explain that you want the company prosecuted for their behavior, that they do not deserve an A+ rating, that you will stand behind your complaint and that the company needs to pay for the illegal activities of those that they sell the numbers to.
PLEASE file the complaint. Without complaints by good people like you there is nothing that will ever be done about these people and the phone calls will continue unchecked, they will NEVER stop. Help bring them down!!!

I received a call on 12/07/10 at 2:12pmand pushed the number 1 button to stoop receiving calls.
I received a call on 12/8/10 at 12:12pm and spoke with Scott and asked to speak with a supervisor then he hung-up.
I received a call on 12/8/10 at 2:54pm from a Tony who said a number to reach him at was 1-619-245-4967 (Us consumers alliance.) He was very nice and I asked to speak with a supervisor, he transferred me to a Mr. Richard Hero who was also very nice I again explained what was going on and he said will have number removed.
I received a call on 12/12/10 at 1:31pm and spoke with a Ms. Terry at ext.507 # 1-888-880-4078 whom was very nice, I explained the situation at hand and she apologized for everything then said will remove number.
Bo called on 12-10-10 at 5:34pm said he was a supervisor. I explained what was going on and he advised that I would no longer like to receive anymore calls.
There have been more calls and more people that I have spoken to but it seems like it doesn’t matter how many times I request for my number to be removed whether it be by a person or an automated voice, I still to continue to receive calls.

- Ken E.It this reason that I keep an airhorn (the kind used on boats or at stadium games) nearby. As soon as they start their pitch I blast them. Might not stop the calls but it makes me feel better and I'm sure it renders that ear useless for a while. Besides, I figured I have given them more than enough chances to remove my number and stop calling me.

- DenmonYou are all doing it wrong, when you get these calls, answer them and say yes you are interested in whatever it is they have to sell. Spend the next 20 minutes giving them false information. False name, false address, ect. Just make it up as you go. Waste their time and when your tired of playing tell them that you wated their time and hang up. This is only way to get them to stop calling.......

I explained that I have asked before to be removed from the list and that they are required to act on my request and the idiot on the line said, "oh well rules are meant to be broken".......I asked for a supervisor and he hung up, big surprise.
- BruceReceived a call to extend my auto warranty. They knew what I drove, but did not know the age of my vehicle which is a 1999 Ford Windstar. They were happy to sell me a warranty good for 5 years or an additional 100,000 miles. The total cost was 2918.00. The book price on my van is 4000.00 and I would get that only if it was totaled. Did you know cars rust badly in Iowa? I said no and they reduced the price to 2200.00. They had a way to sell me this product, 129.00 down on my credit card and different payment plans. With the cost of this plan, 2200 - 2918, you have prepaid many of the possible repair costs. Only if you need a new transmission or engine would this plan be worth it. I told the caller I would rather apply the cost of the warranty with my Windstar as a trade for something newer. I did research them and only found one complaint on the BBB website. I believe they are legitimate, but very over priced.

- meeei have gotten this call many times. twice i answered and a human said she was from some extended car waranty company. she knew my whole name and knew what car i drive. first time i said i wasnt interested. i got some more calls and i ignored them and twice i did answer and then they hung up before talking. the last time today, a human tallked to me again with my full name and knew my car and i said i didnt have time to talk. i noticed alot of people on here have different statements on who the caller is.

I got a call from : Montana 406-224-9004. It was a young guy. Never identified himself, or specified the reason he was calling. He asked for my husband by first name, didn't want to tell me what the call was all about. Just said that he will call back another time.

- Same here replies to byntstr8Got a call from a local caller. Answered, they hung up. I called back. Disconnected. (Amazing! They are picking dead numbers to supposedly call from so even our Caller ID is worthless!
20 minutes later, got a call from 406-478-2002. They say they are with CARD SERVICES. I know this area code to be from Montana where I have many relatives. So I push 1 to talk to an agent (OH BOY!). I ask where they're company is located. Miami, FL she says. We continue and I get as far as when she "qualifies me" and asks them to further qualify my eligibility to have my interest rate reduced to 6.9% by asking me for my MC acct # beginning with a number 5. Well, I don't give that kind of info out unless I originate the call, I say. And then I ask her for their number so I can quick call them back and at least verify they are on US shores. She said they don't give out that info except to qualified customers. So, I say, if I want to do business with you and I, say, look up online for debt reduction services and find their website there won't be a number for me to call? She says, Let me find out from a manager. I hear no muffled phone. No hold music. I hear call center chatter. I waited about 2 minutes and then the line went dead. I'm so sick of this and having to spend time trying to fight these people. We need a plan to combat them and I think it starts with our phone servicers. If these jokers are able to trip up the Caller ID system, then that at least is a start for some progress. Going to the FTC I think is fruitless as they are bombarded with this crap and are only going after big fishies, not bottom feeders.
