Only a very few people know my number, it is listed as "unknown" and still I got a call from this number! I answered and a voice said "I'm sorry" and hung up!! Very suspicious!

Got the call.  I hung up on the recording.  I called back on a phone that is not easily identified and a recording asked if I wanted to eliminate my number from future calls.  I wanted to bait them, so I hit the Operator and it automatically hung up.

This type of call is made by calling all possible numbers in an area code, whether it is listed or not.
Eventually everybody will get this call.

Just got called, we operate a 2 person clinic (national franchaise), no one on the line, they waited a few seconds before hanging up.

oh wait, I did get a message from someone named "Lisa Middleton" saying that we spoke last week about lowering interest rates and that she found a solution.  It's a baiting call - I had no such conversation.

I got one. Says I'm sorry then hang up after a few seconds.

Just rcvd a call from this number.  When I answered they said sorry and hung up.  When I called back I recvd a busy signal, and then a recording that said this call cannot be Completed as dialed.

Just got this msg left on my work vm - Lowering Interest rates!  Yikes, spam at home and at work,  calls at home, now calls at work!!  The comune in Oregon is looking better and better

I am sick and tried of not being able to answer our own business line.  The phone call shows up
Montana with the phone number of 406-224-9079.  We are trying to run a business not babysit
stupid people that only have time to harrass other people..  They need to get a real job.

Just got a voicemail on my work phone (which is not a public number) from this number. They left a message saying it was "Lisa Middleton" following up on our conversation from last week, and giving her last courtesy call. She she found a solution to lower interest rates and monthly payments. NOT A LEGIT CALL.I have never had such conversation and never once in the vm did she mention a business name or my name. The number she left to call back is (877)723-1426. Not gonna call back!

Exact same thing happened to me, except they called my personal cell...and then my work cell directly after.  Must have been tracing numbers registered to me somehow and verifying someone is answering them.  "I'm Sorry"... and hang up is creepy enough...but now I'm feeling stalked, at least they haven't called my home phone...yet.

I got the call and the male saying "I'm sorry". Creepy!!!

Just received a call here too in NJ.  My caller ID said Montana.  When i answered there was a recording that asked if i wanted to be listed in Google's Local Business Results and if so press 1.  When i pressed 1 a woman answered and when i asked her who i was speaking with she disconnected the call.

Just got one man said "I'm Sorry" then hung up!
