Robo callers like this are immediately checked and reported online.  In researching this number on other sites this is obviously somebody impersonating the IRS or courts and threatening legal action.

My number is on the DNC list and number goes on my blocked call list.

This number called me and did not leave a voicemail.  I am also on the Do Not Call list.

406-233-1150 is a telephone number used to promote idiotic get-rich-quick scams by unlawful telemarketing.  I have been called twice by this number, both times robocalls pointing to the "sweetmoneymachine.com" domain.  The scam is run by Corey S. VanDyke, registrant of the aforementioned website.  This woman lives in Manhattan, Montana, and appears to be a promoter of various lowbrow sham businesses over the years.  Her email address is coreyvandyke@aol.com.  If her robocalls bother you, send her an email (or twenty) to complain.
