I have received calls from both of these numbers. I did not answer...and the message that is left from both numbers are recorded messages. Threatening to serve me at my place of employment or at home. It is getting pretty annoying dealing with these calls everday.

They refused to provide me with their physical address and hung up on me 3 times so this is totally a scam. Please always turn these companies in to the BBB, FTC, and your state attorney general so we can work together to stop them.

I too thought this was a scam until I was served at my home in front of my neighbors. I spoke with them months ago, they said I was going to be served 24 to 48 hours after speaking with them. No one served me within this time frame so I thought it was all over. But just yesterday, some guy handed me these papers to appear before a judge in California. I live in NEW YORK!!! Some of the numbers may be scams, but not all. Be very cautious but do not ignore.

If you were actually served you now have all the pertinent information regarding these frauds. Post it!  Give us their physical address. The name of the judge that signed the paperwork. The name(s) of their attorneys & their bar numbers. Docket number. Summons number. ANYTHING verifiable. You won't post a verifiable thing. We all know why.
In addition, give up trying to SHILL for your outfit. You're not bright enough for it. First clue? People in NY aren't served with a summons to appear in CA. EVER!

Whatever. U have to be tried in ur cointy or residence shill. U know, where the crime actually occurred? I doubt that u drove or flew from new york to California to take a payday loan. Besides that, payday loans are illegal in tyhe state of New York and the State Attorrney General takes a very dim view of any company trying to collect on them. In a nutshell, if there was a payday loan, it is void amd unenforcanle as it violated the stae laws of New York

Good information, well done, and well said, i too keep getting calls, i did get an online loan and paid it back, but they sell your information to a third party, who in turns try to say you never paid the loan and if you did you were scammed by someone. So they use clever ways to get money , by making threats and saying we are serving you papers, give you a case #, and say they need a recorded statement from you. I sorry i got the loan, but at the time i was behind in bills and had to pay something off, but now it's really not worth the headache to deal with online loan companies at all.
