No idea who this is and will not be answering their call. Never left a message so it's likely a scam. Don't answer numbers that you don't know. Duh.

This number keeps calling my cell phone.  When I answer it, there is no one there.  It's annoying.

I dialed back from a different phone.  It is a "Reward Card" deal.  if you call back you get a recorded message offering you a 100 dollar reward card.  Press 1 to receive your reward card press 2 to get on the don't call list.  

i'm considering calling them back and seeing if i can annoy them.

I am and they don't leave a message and I don't answer.  I've been getting calls from all different states.  Seems fishy.
