I keep receiving the same automated voice message. When i do a reverse look up it will come from Montana, Maine, New Jersey. I classified it as a Prank since there is no scam button. I will get this same automated message looking for someone whose name you cannot understand Jamie something or other I think, and something about court papers in another part of the country. I will not call the number back since I do not know it.

got a recording that said i was having charges filed against me for fraudulent activity in "your county" thats quite broad.. said something about my social as well... its a scam for sure.. i have credit locks from all 3 and work in finances. beware people!

Just had same number call, 5 minutes ago. Charges being filed blah blah blah. Seems like BS!!!

I just had the exact same phone call.  SCAM.

Called them to ask who they are because they are harrassing a friend. they were abusive and got my name from the caller ID, and used it to harrass me.

Someone from this number just called me and threatened to have me charged with fraud. They did not identify what company they are with just as a fraud department. I'm guessing they are trying to get money out of me. Do not call them back or give them a dime this is a scam!!

I have been getting these calls everyday for the past 2 weeks. Sometimes 3 times a day.  They are calling from 3 different numbers but it's always the same automated recording saying fraudulent bank activity and fraudulent claims against myself or my husband. Company will NOT give you their name. Beware!! If you threaten them they will start swearing at you and make verbal threats of harm.

I received the same phone call from 406-272-7078 this is indeed a fraud number once I gave them my badge number they said they were trying to reach someone else.

I received a message threatening me with two felonies if I dont call this number.  It would not give me any information except to call this number, and talk to someone or be arrested.   What should I do ?????

Just received a call from 406 272-7078 saying that fraud had been attached to my ssn and charges would be filed against me.  The name was garbled and they were very illusive about the nature of the call.  Sounds like a bunch of crap.

Just received the same message from 406-262-7078 stating charges were being filed and case #.  I blocked the number through my cell service,

Just received a call from 406-272-7078.? Said that I was being charged with 2 counts of Fraudulent activity and to contact @ a different #. Once I did I called immediately and a woman said hold please, once she come back on the phone I was asked to hold again, and once again after that. 3x's total... I knew then I better look into this number  and it was Exactly what I had Figured a Scam activity.! The company name was unclear I could not undrstand Jamie Something

Got a voicemail on my landline from "Process and Summons Division" saying to call this number or two summons would be issued. Gave a case number, the telephone number to call (this one), said 2 charges in my county for fraudulent activity and a name that means nothing to me. Also said they have SSN, but did not reveal it. Said to ask for Legal Division. Going to ignore this one.

Also announced name in robo-voice twice during the call - Dana Vader. Maybe Darth Vader's sister they are looking for.
