    Missed call from this number on my cell at 9:48 AM this morning.  Did not leave a message.  If  it was an important call they would have left a voice mail.  I NEVER answer or return calls to unknown numbers..  Would not have answered the call if I had heard it as I do not know anyone in that area code.

    They called me at lunchtime (1230 PM).  I can't imagine what kind of sick mind would get pleasure from harassing others.  CID says Benefits Free, but of course nothing is free in this world.  The best benefit I could receive is an end to these sick phone calls.
