I don't know who they are, I didn't answer.
I've been blocking all 1-406 numbers.

Trying to "give away" a wireless home security system.  Didn't catch the name.

Got a call today from this number.  Screen ID said:  Security OT.  Didn't answer.  No message left.  I wonder if this is just another number for the same group that has called me and some others on this blog. The other number is from the same area code, but has a different screen ID.  Some people did say that this other number (406-931-3975, Political LP) was also trying to sell security or alarms systems.

Scam!  Watch the 406 area codes.  They don't respond to a "call back."  I registered with the DO NOT CALL.  I don't know if it will help.  Be careful out there . . .

Our home phone is on the DO NOT CALL registry, yet we received TWO calls this evening (we did not answer) from this number.

Have received 2 calls from this number already and 406-9313975 too. No one says anything on the other side, it just eats up my cell phone minutes, very annoying.

I got a call yesterday afternoon that I missed from this number and then received another call this morning.  It was on the auto dial thing b/c there was a pause and a click before he came on the line.  He told me he was selling home security systems or something and I asked him where he got my number.  He said an online partner.  I asked him "who?!"  He offered to get all my information and then have someone call me back with that information (yeah right).  I ended up hanging up on him when he wanted me to give him my first and last name.  Now that I know it is someone I'm dealing with online giving out my personal info. to these yayhoos, I'm going to step up my defense by never giving out my legit cell phone number.  If they have a question,they can e-mail me or write me.  The calls are better than the texts, which cost me .20 per text, but nothing would be better.

This phone number has called me repeatedly over the past several days, using both 406 numbers.  I have called back and used their automated system to try to get my phone number off of their calling list.  I have never even heard of this company until it started calling me.  Until today, the company has hung up after I answered.  Today, a person finally responded.  His first words were "Home Security."  I immediately demanded that he take my phone number off their registry, and he hung up before I could really start yelling at him.  I'm reporting every time they call me to Donotcall, which I've been registered with for several months.

I answered and the caller is all SILENCE so i hang up. Tried calling back and the number is always busy. These scammers and losers should get a real job and stop victimizing and harrassing people!!!!!!! My number is listed in the national do-not-call list but these a**holes are still calling me! I receive calls everyday from these SCAMMERS using several different numbers. I blocked several numbers already.

Don't be a victim and file your complaints in the National Do Not Call Registry.

They call close to 9 o'clock at night and leave no message on answering machine. It is annoying.

The guy from number 406-530-5038..selling home security is a complete idiot..I've told him 4 times not to call me and to stop calling my cell all he does is try and continue selling his system..it is so irritating

Tired of receiving calls from this number the hang up as soon as I answer the phone.  I'm sure it's an auto dialer but it's frustrating to stop what you're doing to answer an unsolicited marketing call.

Getting 1 call a day from this number for the past 3 days. Leaves no message.

I got 1 call yesterday and 2 today within a 2 hour time frame. I never answer and they don't leave a message. I just googled the number as they were calling me. I am also on the do not call list.

Got 3 calls from this number today. never leads a message. tried calling back and the phone doens't even ring. Strange.

Did not listen to message. Unknown caller phoned my new cell number three times in past four hours.

This dude couldn't have called at a better time!  I was totally alone, having my lunch break and had LITERALLY just finished gulping down almost half a can of root beer.  

The phone rang, I answered and he said "how you doing, are you interested in security systems..."

I let out one of THE MOST - longest and prolonged belches I have ever done in my life!!!  

He totally hung-up without saying a further word!!!!

Jerk called me twice. After a long silence, "Tom Johnson" finally got going. Claimed his outfit was "Home Protection." After asking several questions over and over, I got the program to loop on itself. It's a relatively sophisticated computer program keyed to respond to certain words, right down to the self-deprecating laugh and the assurance that "Tom" is a real live person. If Dante was right, I'm hoping there is a special circle of Hell reserved for these fraudsters.
