Hi - I just got a call from this number - it is registered to 'Notice Delivery', which uses 360 Networks, and it is registered in Missoula, Montana.  The message goes:  'This is a service verification.  We will contact you again later.'   The last time I got a rash of calls I think I was having a bad experience with an online newspaper subscription.  But now I no longer subscribe online because it's such a hassle.  Why are they calling now?

I've been getting 2 calls a day from this number; leaves the 'call you back later' message.  very annoying

I got daily calls from this number for MONTHS until I added my phone to the nation DNC Registry. They stopped after that but now they have started again. They call every day, morning, noon or night. This is so annoying. I am going to start taking logs and not deleting the messages from the machine.

I've received 6 calls from this number and they always leave a VM that is a few seconds of garble. Very annoying. My number has been spammed and no way to make it stop.

I have been getting calls from this number for months, a few days in a row, several times a day.  I answer and it says "this is service verfication, we will call back later"  same thing on my voicemail.  On the few times I have gotten a human on the line it's someone trying to get me to purchase 7day/week newspaper service.

Multiple messages left.  Sounds like a scam. I suspect that their voice mail is designed to trap people into giving their number so they can claim you gave them permission to call you.

Why is it that telemarketers can find us with no problem but we have to pay to find them?

Seriously, these people are stalking me.  If I do answer, it give them reason to call me all the more.  I would recommend never picking up their calls.  Mine says Service verification as well which means they have no reason to call me b/c no business I have ever used (like cable) has ever called to verify if I've signed up with a recorded message.

I get so many oddball calls and this number is a new one.  I'm being called two times a day with VM the they will call back later.  I never answer any of these calls but they are so annoying!  Who and why?????

Been calling everyday for the last 4 days - leaves a message saying they will call back.  so annoying.  get a life

Just on a whim, I tried calling the number back to see if there was anyone to answer it. It rang about 15 times (longer than most people would wait) and finally went to a recording which gave me an option to remove my number from their list! It said that it would take up to two business days for the removal to take effect. Let's see if it works!

Keeps calling leaving the same recorded message on voicemail:
"Hello, this is a service verification, we will call you back later, thank you."

20+ calls in one week from this number!  WTF?  

and yes... my own number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Caller ID shows "Delivery Notice".  A vm is left, female voice stating the call is a "service confirmation" and that they will call back.

how did this turn out... any resolution?

got a call from this number today. Called ID shows "delivery notice". a vm is left saying "will call me back later".

I answered the phone because they were calling me 2 times a day every day including Saturdays and Sundays. They are an advertising firm. If you subscribe to a local newspaper but only want the Sunday Inserts, this is who is calling you. The only way to be taken off is to no longer accept the sunday inserts delivered to your door. I also assume they work for the local newspaper. So if you subscribe to the local newspaper you will be getting calls from them to see if you still like the advertisements. I cannot confirm though that they might be a debt collector acting like a telemarketer?

This robocaller keeps leaving messages.  How do we stop them?

Got a call from 406-540-1245 It stated on caller I.D. that it was from "Delivery Notice" I called it back and it rand once. It said that I have reached customer service and if I wanted my number deleted from their call list to type in my phone number and with in two business days it will be removed from their list. I hope this works!
