Who is this?

They call and hang up without much more then a word.  They call at all hours of the day and evening and on weekends.  I call back and nothing.

My son is in the service and we get these calls every day.

Received a call but no messge from this number this morning.

Just turned on my cell for the first time in many months and received 3 calls throughout the day and no messages were left by this number.

Phone number is a debt collection agency. My call was regarding an unpaid Sprint bill.

This caller (Montana) calls three times a day. If I don't answer, no message. If I do answer, an unidentified caller asks to confirm my name, which I do. Then it switches to a second person without warning, also who does not identify themselves. But they ask me to confirm the last four digits of my SS#, which I refuse to do. I do ask who the company is calling and what the call is about. Finally got someone to identify comapny name
(ICS) which I cannot find on the internet. And they would only state, after I pushed really hard, that the call
was about "a personal business siutation". Upon stating that I am not giving out any personal information on the phone, and should they wish to proceed, to send me US Snail Mail. They said they have. Can't imagine what it is. Someone commented this was a collection agency for a Sprint bill. I don't owe any one. They are verbally abusive and cagey and very good at dodge ball.

This company is very rude. They identify themselves as ics.  switches to another person automatically, they asked you to hold. really? they just called. then another person gets on the phone. they are very rude.

Got a call asking for my deceased-within-this-year sister. I said she wasn't available and asked if I could help. He said "it's a personal matter". I'm her sister, can you let me know who this is? He asked "is there a better time or a different number?" so I said, "no, she's dead." He asked who has power of attorney, and I told him nobody that I know of. He said he would remove my number. Does sound like a bill collector!!!

This business calls everyday,morning ,noon,night,it does not matter.I have no idea who they are but I am tired of them calling me.They never leave a message,but just keep on calling.How moronic to keep calling people and not leave any messages,ever!

Definitely some kind of telespammer.  I never answer unknown numbers until I check here first.

IC System is a debt-collection agency. When I called the number back, I got a person who asked for my ex-girlfriend. The girl on the other end of the line told me she would remove my phone number when I asked her to do so, and provided me the mailing address to send Cease and Desist notification.

Called about sprint bill that is only 45 days overdue, I couldn't believe sprint sent this to collection before 2 months past due! One of those data sticks, $80 a month , 2 movies and you are throttled, it's useless and is supposed to be 4G but I'm lucky to get 3G out of it.

      I suspect this is a scam. Based on caller messages, these people attempt to gather information from a victim,,and go from there,,,they can pose as the bill collector,,once info is obtained...

I started getting calls from this number - It came up as in Bozeman Montana and since I know no one there I don't answer. They never leave a voicemail, just about 3 seconds of empty recording.  After I read through some of these comments.... I can confirm, It is a company called  I.C. Systems. They are a collection agency for Sprint.  I DO owe money to Sprint and looked at a bill I recently received and saw that it was from the above company.

Got 2-3 calls from this number over the past few days. I don't answer and they don't leave a voice mail. I'll look for snail mail from the above mentioned company, but I've never had a Sprint phone.

This is IC Systems, they are a debt collector for Sprint and they have many different numbers that they call from...they will call every day and more than once a day

Got Many calls from this number for days-they do not leave message and I not own Sprint account!
