received phone call with prerecordered message from this cell number ofering to "renegotiate my mortgage"

This 'unavailable' caller was an automated message regarding a loan #7489632..I have no loan. Press 3 if you do not wish to renegotiate or if this doesn't pertain to you. Please make them stop calling. These bot phone calls are harassing. They give no company name. They do not say who they are calling for. Unprofessional. Stop the bots! Believe they spoof numbers too.

Voice mail from "the loan department".  Standard war dialer message: "Press 1 to renegotiate your loan, 2 if you're not interested" etc.  Didn't pick up, didn't press 1, they are now call blocked.

This caller accessed my blocked phone number.  And had some idiot speaking spanish on the other end.  The call actually sounded international.

don't want these calls...how do we get them to stop?

Renegotiate my mortgage?  I don't think so.  We're on the do not call list and really getting tired of all the (harassing) phone calls.

I get calls from this number morning and night, weekdays and weekends.  I do not need a loan.  I do not have a mortgage.  I am on the do not call ist.  Does anyone know how to stop these calls?

I have been receiving the calls too.  The numbers are changing each time they call me.  The numbers are 406-530-5360, 360-722-5910, 978-570-2241, 949-555-3332 and 406-640-8788.  the Recording indicates that the company name is Home Owner Defense Center.  Each time I tell them not to call me, they hang up on me in mid-sentance.  I want the calls to stop, 9 times in 3 hours is a little excessive.

How bout we start class action suit again them for harassment..... HATE these calls

They called. I did not pick up. They left no message. I found these complaints. I added them to my "blocked" list. This number is on the Do Not Call list. They obviously do not care.

Just got a call from 406-740-4788 at 9:30pm. Got the same call last week at 5:13am. My caller ID shows they call EVERY day!! Stop calling! I have a family that wants to sleep!

How can I make these jerks stop calling?  406-740-4788 at 6:15 last night.  Do Not Call list is not working. Caller ID listed as "West Yellows MT"

I have been getting calls from multiple numbers including 406-740-4788  for three days now. Over 20 calls. I have reported them to the FCC. Please do the same: http://www.fcc.gov/

If anyone knows how to stop this please let me know.

I received a call from 406-640-8788  at 6:45 pm, 3/9/11 offering to reduce my credit card balance and lower my bills.  Since I am on the federal DNC list plus have $0 balances on credit cards (always pay them off monthly), I hung on the phone, which went to a voicemail & told them I was turning them in, expect an $11,000 fine.

Just got call from this number, prerecorded message about reducing credit card debt, wondering if it is a scam.
