Spam about Mortgage Loan Modification. It is not from your bank so ignore/report it.

I have repeatedly received phone calls from 406-852-8353. No messages left.

How can I block these calls and what are my legal rights to persecute the caller?

This is a scam all the way around.

I cannot stand the calls I keep getting from this number! All day long and of course I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Robot calling about loan modification.  I've received about 6 of these calls so far, 4 on cell and 2 on land lilne.

The do not call list is about useless, if you want to stop the calls get call blocking.  It works.  

I've had one call from this number, but if I get more I will just block them.

well it not really calling but they keep sending me message and it bother me how can i stop this text message to stop sending me...???

These people call our house numerous times each day! I am buying a whistle!

These inconsiderate individuals call on business as well as cell phones
at odd hours. Wasting valuable time and money..How can the public put them
out of business and or the laws punish them enough??Maybe it will be a good
idea to start a class action suit against them. The phone calls are twice a day
at least. Many times, they don't even respond when you answer the phone call.
Help.. Help...They don't care about the Do Not Call list...

I keep getting calls from this dang tel #. I am sick of them calling my mobile, home, and business #. How do I get them to stop this?!

I've received quite a few of these calls and they never leave a message.  If I'm home I immediately turn off my answering machine so that it throws them off and they question whether it's a working number or not.  The next time they call I am going to pretend that I am a recorded message saying "We're sorry; you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again."  It's not worth getting frustrated so why not make the best of it and have a little fun?!
