It's a semi-automated number asking about Caribbean cruise & empty cabins that are available.  They want to give you a free cruise.  sounds like a scam to me.

calls 3 times a week

They hung up after a few seconds.  

Keeps calling, when I answer I hear a bubble noise and then no answer, it hangs up. Never leaves a messages.

Calls several times when I answered they hang up.

Missed the call. First one i've gotten.

Called, immediatly looked up the number and found these reports. Added this to my Ignore and call blocked entry to prevent future calls from the number.

Just called and one of those delayed waiting for you to say hello.  Then it's automated to respond to what you say but makes you think its a real person.  Keep calling my business and we don't answer phone with hello.  It's about a cruise and getting a free room.  Nothing is free must be a catch.

I keep getting LOTS of calls from this number, and they leave NO MESSAGE. Sometimes 3,4 quickly in a row!!

Calls about a "Free Cruise" with just a nominal port fee of $59 per person... port fees are higher than that. Can't schedule a cruise from Dec. 24-Jan 04. Sounds automated, but barely. Says must confirm within 60 days of day that you want to go. Called November 4, 2013. Time frame fits a classic scam. They give enough time and info that you are excited, but by the time you would call.. a.k.a. Jan 04, then tada!!! you don't have your $118, and these numbers are the ones they spoke to me. They also try to promote it more by saying they will give you a $650 voucher for your trip.. I asked if I could call back later to decide... they said "Sorry, no, but this is a one time offer" SOOOOOooooOOOo, obvious OH NO she's on to us!!! yeah.. I will keep my money thank you!! Have a nice day! ;-)

7 phone calls today. No message left. Just extremely annoying!

I calledbit back talked to aguy who sounded awfully exited. When i asked when i would get the tickets he simply hung up.

For a week straight this # would call between 10-11 in the morning & again around 4-5 pm. on 10/24/2013 they called 3 times. The 1st time at 1:37 the phone rings, I answer no reply. I say hello again, no reply again, the 3rd time I hung up. the second time  it was 4:01, I was ready. This was going to end...I did not answer by saying "hello", I  yelled: "what the F@#$!!! do you want. you keep calling my F'n # but never answer when I say hello so stop F@#$ calling my #. There was a 3 second pause then a man's voice said:"shut up" So I tore s strip off him again then I hung up...dumb [***] called again at 4:47. I just screamed:  what the F@#$ are you still doing calling my F'n #  loose it & hung up.
