Didnt leave a message. I called the number back some hours later and it was a voice mail that sounded like a cell phone and the recording said that the subscriber couldn't receive messages at this time.No company name or anything

Same thing. Tried to call back and got a recording indicating the "subscriber" doesn't receive messages "at this time." Reported the number.

Answered their call by accident and it was a recording telling me to press 9 to speak to a customer service rep about lowering the interest rate on my credit card.  I don't have a credit card.

This number calls me on the regular...I have answered in the past and, like Jenna said, it's a recording talking about lowering interest rates on credit cards.  I don't have (and have never had) a credit card either.  I get similar calls about my car's warranty expiring (my car's warranty expired a LONG time ago)...

I got a call from this number just now.  In the past, i've gotten the exact same recording from different numbers all over the country.  Same message about reducing my interest rate.  Judging from all the time stamps here, it looks like the company making these bogus calls just keeps moving from one phone number to another, batch calling until they get shut down or whatever.  Irritating and time wasting jerks...

Got a call today July 22nd, 2010 around 12 noon, was not able to pick up, called back and got nothing. Unable to leave a message at this time. Waste of time

I picked it up, it was a recorded message from "Card Holder Services" saying there was no problem with my current accounts, meaning that it wasn't a company I do business with but a credit agency trying to solicit me for something.

Just got a call.  They didn't bother to leave a message.  Typical.

Just call a from this number just now @ 2:15pm est. 07/23/2010.   Didn't pickup the call and whomever did not leave their number..  So here I  am "Googling" this number and found your webpage to type this for the public to see.  I DO THIS ALL THE TIME WHEN I'M NOT SURE  OF THE NUMBER CALLING!!!

Got a call also on 7/23/2010, but at 3:35 (Eastern Time).  I wasnt able to answer and they didnt leave a message.I as well goggled the number curious as to who would be callilng and here I am.  This website was VERY helpful!

Got the call a couple seconds ago... sent it to voicemail, and got what sounded like half a word and a hang up...

More annoying calls from this number - no way to reach this scam bammer .... they are pitiful.  Lower your interest rates right now ... blah blah blah

Add me to the list of people that no one leaves a meesage with for me. I looked up the number and found this blog. WOW! What the heck?? Totally unreal.

I answered and heard a recording - "This is cardholder services" and saying to press a number to speak to someone about my card.  I don't have a credit card, so I knew it was a scam, so I just hung up.
