- douche| 1 replyupdate:
This is BrightHouse's division that offers bundles like cable+TV or cable+telephone.
The actual callback number for them is the Time Warner division on All American Blvd 407-295-9119.
You can ask to be taken off the call list (although you're probably a customer anyway). And if it really gets bothersome, dial extension 535x, where 'x' is probably a number of your liking. I won't give away the specific digit since the girl on the other end was nice and sounded hot.- Caller: BrightHouse

- MichaelI answered "This is Michael". They asked "who?". I repeated, "This is Michael". They yelled "teddy" and hung up.
- anonI just got called by this number 2:35pm August 14th. The guy mentioned calling on behalf of Brighthouse and then hung up. I called back and got "invalid number" or something to that effect.

- RalphI got a call around 1:30 on a monday. This was about two weeks ago. Every day since then i can expect that damn number to come up on my caller ID atleast 4 times a day, sometimes going as far as 10-15 times. When a rep, or whatever they are come on the phone, its about 8 seconds after I picked up the phone. This is so annoying, I love my service, but they are annoying the hell out of me and I want them todo something about it. When you get a rep, they offer you the same crap that you see on the commercials and they are saying they are calling so much because they have good deals for you, i dont see any good deals, i got your damn tv, ill call in if i want it. when i finally got a nice person who picked up (still delayed) they offered the same junk brighthouse plays 10000 times a day as a commercial, and said they were "marketing and promotions". Is it just me or is brighthouse going down hill? Anyone else think that too?

- anonymous| 1 replyI couldnt agree more with you. F**k brighthouse. They told me they were going to give me a special that only they could give in the "telemarketing" whatever the hell they call it, and its was the same retail special on a commercial.
2 years ago i got a call from them and i did get a AWESOME SPECIAL. Now its like having a psycho girlfriend call you 10 times a day.- Call type: Telemarketer
- anonymous replies to anonymousand to add they do call me to like 5-10 times a day and blow up my cell phone, you tell them to remove it... they say they do, but then you get a call on your other number on the account 1000000 times!
F * C K brighthouse networks telemarketers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - John| 1 replyThat method did not work for me. Any other suggestions. This is really a pain.

- karenI went to the National Do Not Call Registry (my phone number has been registered) and checked with them on the guideline for companies with which you have a business relationship (we are bright House customers). It states that companies must honor your request to not receive telemarketing calls even if you have a business relationship with them, if they fail to do so they can be fined up to $11,000.00. I contacted Bright House and told them that I would file a complaint if they did not stop calling me.

- Penniei guess this is from brighthouse( im starting new service w/them) but they didnt leave a voicemail...if it was about my service i would asume they would leave a message to at least call back
- Brent replies to JohnIf you ask them to put you on the Do Not Call list, and explain that you do not want to be contacted at all, even about Existing Business Relationship offers(this will mean they cannot contact at all, even about issues with your bill.)
If you do that, you can sue them if they ever call you again - unless you enter into another agreement (add a service, buy an on-demand movie, call for customer service... pretty much anything.)
Long story short, tell them to add you to the list. If you get called again after that, ask for a supervisor. A supervisor will make sure you are never called, because now he is responsible for the company being liable. - annoyednumber keeps calling my cell, never any messages left. pick up and a girl said hello, briefly then hung up. happens all the time! even when i call back its the brighthouse auto response.

- dianeCalls me 2-3 times per day and I'm getting quite annoyed especially if I answer and there is no one on the other end.

- Joe BolesYep. I've been getting these calls, every half hour between the hours of 2pm and 4pm for the past four days. I've always been at work and couldn't pick up so I'm glad I found this site to figure out who it was.
This makes me even more pissed off at Bright House. First they raise my rates on internet and digital cable, then they want to "make me an offer?" Bah, I'm canceling my service with them. Especially now because I have to drive to the damn UCF campus to exchange equipment because they want to drool out the windows at their new stadium. To hell with them all.- Caller: Bright House Networks

- DaveStupid idiots! I dont even live near the company as Im from Louisville, KY. They keep calling and I cant get them to stop.
- ChristinaSame situation as the above...got a call from 407-215-8000, I said hello and was hung up on. I have to wonder if this is their method for meeting quota on calling. Just call, wait for an answer and hang up. Their phone most likly keeps track of their calling and a reason of "no answer" would not seem suspicious.
- Caller: Bright House
- JamieI have this number stored in my phone now as "Do not answer." I get calls from this number at least 2x per week. If Brighthouse didn't have a monopoly on the lines in my area I'd switch providers before you can say "cancel my account."
