This number is from Premium Timeshare Depot.  They try to get you to pay an upfront fee of $600 to market your timeshare for rental.  I spoke to someone named Patrick and asked him to call me back after I spoke to my husband. A quick internet search turned up that they are scammers.  When Patrick called back and I told him about the search he got very angry and hung up on me.

This is absolutely not true, If you are going to call them scammers than you need to prove that, This is the internet and you can say what you want but you sure should not go around saying a certain company is a scammer Especially if you have provided no proof.

If you go to Complaints.com they have 0 <-- ZERO complaints.

They treated me great and currently are renting my timeshare to a couple from Chicago.

Sounds like you work there. Specifically this is known as an "upfront fee
scam".  Nice try LOL now go back to the boiler room where you came from.

I do not work here, But it does not change the fact that they have no complaints.

There are companies out there that charge upfront money and actually do what they say they are going to do. And that is either sell or rent the customers timeshare.

I also have recieved calls from many companies in the past. Some of which sounded like total scams and some that sounded legit. With all of these opinions and organizations out there like ARDA pointing you in the direction of marketing companies that do actually offer a service it is not difficult to pick the right company to deal with. I did my due diligence and picked the right company to handle my rental and was more then satisfied with Premium Timeshare Depot's services. Keep in mind there are many different ways to market. Only a fool would put it on the internet unknowingly where there is nothing but people with to much time on there hands.

Danielle from PremiumTimeshare Depot assisted me with my Orange Lake property in Orlando and I am glad to say the experience was one I am willing to repeat. I Have vested with two other companies previously before dealing with them, both of which put my property on the internet. Both companies I never hear a thing from, foolish me. The first rental with Premium Timeshare Depot took about three months to be completed and if I need there service again next year you better believe I will be using it.

Heard from Jordan from Premuim Time Share Depot about any points that we would like him to sell for us at the Orlando Convention Center.  We would need to pay a registration fee and he would sell our points and we would get$.  I have never dealt with a company that sells points and am wondering if legit?

They are a real company and yes they do offer a service for an up-front fee. Time share is a fractional deeded piece of real estate and there is alot of red tape and gray areas. Also tremendous difference in pricing and commission. You cannot list it with a broker unfortunately and expect result nor can you list it on the internet. The only proven successful methos is the way 90% bought it and that is face to face in a high pressure sales pitch.

They are "legit" and yes they a real company.

I have received several phone calls from this boiler room. If you feel that you need to spend your Christmas money on thin air.....go right ahead.

If you call marketing thin air then sure. Its the marketing that got you in the dealership to buy that car. The marketing that makes your item for sale visible. No matter the product the marketing thats gets it sold at the end of the day Andrew. Hopefully you had a good x-mAS negative nancys husband Andrew!

Have been talking w/Danielle, who has all along represented herself as employed by Resorts International, in Orlando. She is seeking to pay us for up to 60,000 points to use for convention rentals.  Our concern is that (when she sent us a blank contract) we found out that she actually works for Premium Timesshare Depot/Premium Land Depot...and according to the contract, there potentially is a fee!  If they're so legit, why not tell us the truth up front?

I have the same person who keeps calling me. Now I have someone that says they have buyer (coorperate)but they can not say who because of ferpa laws and that they need $1498 up front. I need to sell.
Patrick is the only one that has gotten back to me on anything.

Has anyone heard of timeshare Goldline. They are very fast talkers with all of the leagal mombojombo talk to confuse you.

Timeshare Gold called me today and told me that they had a buyer for my time share who is williing to pay $10,50.00 for my property if I am willing to sell today. I asked him for $11,000. He said he would call me
back within the hour. He phone in ten minutes later and said the buyer agreed to buy at my offer. His fee was 2,50.00 up front upon receiving my loan sale papers. I told him my money was tight ans sinde he was so sure that the sale would be final in two days, He could bill me after I get my check for the sale of my property. He said he would call me back.
HIs number was 501 593-4432. He has a beautiful web site that looks legent. what do you think? What should I do at this point?

I just received a call from Timeshare Goldline too!  The number that showed in caller ID is: 501-203-9900.  I have been scammed before by alleged timeshare resalers who "have a buyer".  I've lost hundreds of dollars.  Today I get this call and I tell the guy right off I'm not interested.  He says "if you're not interested why did you list your timeshare with us"?  That's laughable I haven't listed my timeshare with anyone since I got taken a few years ago.  These are cold callers who are trying to scam you and yes, they have a buyer who you only exists when you pay up front money for a title search or closing costs.  If this was legit why can't these fees be paid through the buyer or at the time of closing like most real estate transactions?  When I asked this caller to remove my name from his directory he became beligerant and obnoxious.  Nice way to make a sale don't you think???
