This is a phone number for Portfolio recovery they are a bunch of predator creditors that call your home even when you don't owe any monies. They're are relentless.

I think this is the first call I"ve had form this number. Caller ID said "unknown name", so I looked it up here. I don't answer if I don't know who it is. I have some old medical bills that are past the statute of limitations, and should have been turned in to the Oregon Health Plan, after I was approved for it. I told someone years ago that the bill should have been paid by OHP,, but they keep on harassing me.
