Could hear some mumbling then a fax machine beep then a hang up

received a call from this number from a lady claiming to be from Humana and was sending a ARNP to my house for a Wellness visit.  I told her no you aren't, she said well we here at humana offer this free service every year.  Knowing I had just been to the dr for my yearly 17 days ago, I said why don't you have in your records that I was just at my doctors a little over two weeks ago for my yearly, She then stated she doesn't have my records. I asked why not "miss im from humana". She then  stated because she was from Matrix medical and worked with humana to provide this service for the ARNP to come to my home for my yearly wellness visit.  I called BS on her and she got upset. I called Humana and they said they do not work with this company. I want to know how these people got my health insurance information and my phone number. Humana is calling the number she called from , which when I reverse looked up online is a residential home off of oak st in Apopka. They are investigating this and contacting me back

They are not with Humana its sounds like a scam. Sounds like she was calling from a cell phone while walking out side. Call Humana and report matrix medical.

I received a call today from someone at Matrix Medical wanting to also setup a physical for me and said they were referred to me by Humana and they wanted me to confirm my birthdate year and they gave me the month and year and said they would send someone to my home for the physical.  I told them that I'm currently in the hospital and surprised they would not know that since Humana should know that.  They said they would update their records and promptly hung up.  I do not believe this is legit

If you have Humana health insurance, they DO have a nurse practitioner call and offer a free home visit. But when they called me, it was directly from Humana, NOT from Matrix. They feel it helps you (and helps THEM save a bundle by finding out if you're sick NOW, rather than needing expensive surgery say down the road!). But, yeah....definitely report it to Humana.

This is a total scam. How do I block this number?

I got the phone call today from that number 405 358 6013 and the lady said she's Humana and would like to send a nurse to my house for wellness visit and thay make appointment with me ... After I read some report here about that phone number I call them back and they r not Humana, they r Matrix medical network . Let see what happens when they coming and they r not Humana

The exact same thing happened when that number called me. I replied to the caller with avery similar response. BS.

I have received three calls from this number - 1 yesterday, Dec. 2, 2015 and 2 today - Dec., 3, 2015.  Luckily, I didn't hear my phone ring.  They did not leave a message.  Thanks, to all, for your remarks.  I sure appreciate them

I got a call from this number today. They told me that there are from Humana . They said that  a nurse practitioner would like to come to my house.She will talk about  preventative care and check for diabetes. Sounds like a scam. I will be calling Humana tomorrow. The lady on the phone knew all my information . How? Who gave her my personal data?

YOur cell phone should have an app for blocking purposes.  For a landline, they sell blockers on Amazon.

I received the call, missed it, and it went to voicemail, no message but background noise as described in an earlier post.  I ALSO received a brochure from HUMANA today in my mail.  Apparently they are providing a home wellness checkup and outsourcing the work to Matrix Medical. The brochure has a number to call if you want to schedule an appointment. It says nothing about Matrix Medical calling you.  I would check with Humana if you are interested in the service but unsure of the call.
