I made my payment, yet they're calling 10-20 times a day from multiple phone numbers.

You can't call and talk to a real person when you need help with your account (can only send them a written letter to a PO box), but when your a day late or dollar short their spending hundreds of dollars a day blowing up your phone in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting act.

I answered and only got a weird loud tone in my ear.I get private calls from them which is strange. I want to pay them off and be done. I don't like their pressure tactics when I am a few days late on my bill.

I have a credit one card, so it must be them, based on the other posts here - but when I answer and say "hello" 3 times and there's no sound on the other end, the number gets blocked - I don't have time for this crap and my bill is paid, so there's no reason for them to be calling me. And they need to use proper Caller ID names - it just comes up as Apopka, FL.

This number calls me 30 times a day and never leaves a message. When I answer there is no one there.

I have been receiving calls from this number multiple times. I finally put on block list due to the fact when I have had time to answer I get no response. After being declined when using my credit card I called and got through to an operator.  I learned that I did not pay my monthly fee so that is why my card was stopped.  I've only had my card four week's and have never seen a bill. I never do paperless transactions and never received an email stating I had a balance due. VERY FRUSTRATED with this. Once card is paid in full I will be cancelling this card. I will spread that if ever given the opportunity to receive this credit card. It should be passed along to the trash can. Hurting my credit instead of helping.

In 4 days I have received over 60 calls

I paid my balance in full And mailed a letter stating that I want them to close my account immediately in accordance with their termination rules.
And they are still calling me 10 times a day and when I answer the phone there is no one there

Im paying them a little along.  They want me to pay the balance in full but I cant. I dont want them calling me anymore

I have never had one late payment with them EVER and they call me about 3 times a day. I am so angry. I even called their regular phone number and they told me not to answer. I am so mad about this!

Wish I had never gotten a credit card from them.  Even though payment is made, they are calling house and cell phone over and over.  Can't get them to stop.  Just one big nightmare.

In three days, they have called 35 times.  I have determined that I did forget to pay them last month, but it's not as though I owe them an exorbitant amount.  I will be closing this account as soon as possible.  However, I have begun picking up the calls and putting the phone on mute and setting it down.  I make them sit on there and saying "hello? hello? hello?" just for my own amusement.  I'm so sick of getting calls at every single hour of the day and night.

Never heard of them; never done business with them; don't have any unpaid bills.
They call several times using different numbers & caller id's
one call asked for someone who doesn't live here.

Late on a 25 dollar payment blowing my phone up these [***]

I am caught up on all payments with Credit One and pay more than the minimum balance every month; I was late ONCE last year and they call me 20-30 times/day from about 3 different numbers for the week leading up to my due date and the week after (like they haven't updated my account). I am getting ready to pay it off and be done with them!

I got one everyday this week, im past due date of 7 days...........they don't say who they are its PRIVATE but you can do *69 and get this number. its an indian (asia) accent man no hello no identity of caller or company just blurts out a name and I hang up I myself donot owe an exuberant amount and am not over 30 days either mini 34 a month  good grief I like you will pay it off by the monthlyminimum and ADIOS Credit one card
