repeated calls from this number.1st call said they were from card member services with my credit card company. tried to set up a rate reduction program on my credit cards. my credit card company says they are a fraud company. they tried to access my credit cards, but I have a security block on them so they were unsuccessful. I answered the phone twice and told them I did not have an account with them and that my credit card company told me they were a fraud and hung up. am getting daily calls from them. i don't answer the phone and they don't leave a message

Same thing happened to me- there is no such company name as "consumer car services" they promised lower interest rates on my credit cards, debt management plan, etc. I called my credit card co., canceled the account and subscribed to a fraud protection plan so that they cannot use my info to open up any more accounts in my name. another number they use is 877-696-1474 They sound extremely professional- easy to be fooled by them!!

this company called me too.  i am blocking all my cards now that i know about these people.  they did sound very professional
