I received a call from an Owen Rogers 407-434-0431 stating he works for Express locationing in WPB, Fl. yet number is for Orlando, Fl. stating he had a legal affidavit to serve from ACP Group. There is no such thing upon research and notifying the police.

This same person called my husbands ex wife and my mother, said they have been trying to reach me to serve me court documents. He left a voice message with a case number and left the number of the law firm 407-434-0431. I called the number spoke to a lady name Ashley advised I had a judgment against me for Westen Sky/ Call cash. The lawyers want to take me to court and I owe $2500 that includes court fees and lawyer fee. But if I pay $1198.50 for settlement amount they will drop the case. I told her that I did not have that kind of money she placed me on hold said would talk to the lawyer came back to the line said they will do a 5 month plan at $239.70 per month. I would have to make a good faith payment of $20 today to stop the papers from being filed.

Has anyone else encountered these people again. They are continually calling my phone.

This man has called my high school daughter for no reason.  Please tell me why he is calling

these folks left a message for someone I don't know (with same last name) and said they needed to file "A notice of intent" regarding a lawsuit within the next 24 hours.  Their policy requires they call first.  They leave the number 407-434-0431 to call (I presume to work out payment plan).  They probably scare older people who call and give them their credit cards and bank account numbers.  LISTEN PEOPLE:  If it sounds absurd, it usually is. Who calls before they serve a summons?  If they are to the point of suing you, they aren't going to be calling you first.
