Phone rang with this number - answered - nobody spoke - I don't trust the caller.

Received three calls from this number over several days. After the first, I lifted the receiver but did not answer. Then I heard a repeated "hello" for about a full minute before he hung up. Next thing I know is that there is another call, showing Jamaica on my caller id. Again I lifted the receiver but did not answer. The same man and voice again went through the extended hello process. Following that, 3 more calls were received from the same guy, ALL SHOWING DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY as the origination site. So much for the value of caller ID.

I received a call from # 407-435-0222; a lady said my name and I asked who she was...she said she was calling from RNC; I asked what that was...she said something and hung up on me.

Who is this?

I've received at least three junk calls a day for the past month. This one is a normal caller. No answer, why do they call and how did they get my number?
