I received a phone call and after asking questions I realized it's a scam. So I said I'm not interested. So he yelled at me that I don't deserve the reduced rate and I'm a f..ing c..t so I made a police report

Very Pushy!  Has to be a scam!  How do we stop the unwanted calls?

HE called and said he was with CHASE credit cards and i could get a life time interest rate at 6% i told him my daughter handles all these things for me as i am 73 yrs old she always afraid  of someone taking advantage of me.

Calling chase and reporting this as my daughter came home called the number right away she new it was not right!

These people keep calling me saying they are from card services. They say they reduce my interest rates on all my Visa and Mastercard accounts to 6%. They proceeded to ask my expiration dates and balances. I told them I was not going to give that information over the phone.

called said he could reduce rates...gave me a call back number that did not work...when I told him I was not interested he was rude...I called both numbers that he first game me...one was disconnected the other was a legit bank number but they had no one working there by I.D. number or name....SCAM bid time..

I am so ashamed of myself....an "interest rate mgmt service" called me yesterday.  Now what can I do about it besides call the cred card company I gave them to charge much more than $50.00 in order to lower my interest rate to "0-6%".    ("Them=FFS.....yes, I did look THAT up on Google...geez, what a fool I am.... Fast Financial Services"!)   I really do know better....I was/am at a very low point and they called at just the right moment....when I put my brain in another room as well as my common sense!  I pray that I am not too late to cancel that charge from going thru!!!! FFS said that it will show up on my cred card statement as a charge from ....get this....BCM-TECH......again, I went right on thru with it.  I still cannot believe that I did this.

Phone numbers given to me for their "customer service" & "billing dept" was 855-890-4466.  I did call that number back and was treated like I was an idiot.  AGAIN, LIKE AN IDIOT, I TOOK IT.   Also, when I kept questioning the legitimacy of the company they "transferred " me to a Steve J., who said that he was the "general mgr" and to feel free to call him "anytime" at 407-545-7366 ext 275.   Yes, right.  
Can I DO anything else TO this company?  Do you think that I am too late to reverse charge with my cred card company?? (I am on hold with them now.)

Honey Gill called me from this number. He told me that their services decrease the interest rate of the Credit Cards. Unfortunately I was convinced and authorize them to debit my Paypal card for  $1,095.00. I immediately thought that it was a scam and a fraud. I called Paypal to stop the payment. Paypal assured me that the payment will not go through. Today I see that the GE Bank/PayPal have debited my account in spite of alerting Paypal by writing by speaking to the Customer's Services. The GE Bank fraud section informed me today that the amount of $1,095.00 was credited to BCM Technologies in Texas phone number 713 7950105. I spoke with the BCM who denied to know anything about this amount of $1,095.00 debited on 6/6/2014. I have then spoke with Chester/ tel # 407 -545-7366  from the Card Member Service who was one of the people to convince me to pay the $1,095.00. This is the information that I have received from Card Member Service.

No one needs a "middle man" to reduce their credit card rate - and you certainly don't have to pay for it!  You can call your credit card company on your own and ask them if they'll reduce the rate.  The rate is tied to your credit-worthiness, however, so they may not reduce your rate.  Still beats paying scammers who don't reduce your rate anyway!  More info on this scam here:

Tried to get my credit card info, was pushy and rude, sounded like a scam.

I get calls weekly from this scam (as I have four different phone numbers to my office).  The names change, but they all use American names, but heavy Indian accents.  One was Alan Jones, and Richard Samuel.  More than likely, there is no real office anywhere in the states.  It is probably a VOIP phone - like Vonage, where they can seem legit, but reside offshore.  I've chased these before by reporting it to the Feds to no avail.  They know all the methods to avoid detection.   That is why they can be so bold to cuss you out on the phone.  Unfortunately, there is a slim chance they can be caught and prosecuted.  

Golden Rule: Never give ANYONE your personal info, financial info, email address, credit card info, your address, zip code or even your name or age over the phone (or internet).  I'd also recommend that you look closely at what the telephone company sends for your caller ID.  In many cases, it is your full name.  Contact your phone company to change it to something different.
