Called me noon today. I'm on a do-not-call list.

Has called me afew times but when I pick up the phone, nothing on other end = dead air.
My thoughts are it is a machine random calling numbers to see if anyone picks up.

Same here, it was a hangup on my voicemail..anyone know who/what it is?

Several minutes of dead air left on my machine.  No name.  I am on do-not-call list.  Also, very strange for a number out of Florida to be calling me as I live in Canada.

I've had this call a number of times - but never pick up.  Am also on the Canadian No Call list.....Someone make it stop!  Don't want this calling anymore!

Just got my number changed, it has always been unlisted but yet this number just called this morning!? It left just dead air on my machine......must be a machine....wish somone would stop it!

Just called. Don't know anybody in Florida though. Interesting to note that this is a "movie" phone number. So far as I know, there are no phone numbers that have the prefix "555"; except in the movies. That's why Hollywood uses them.

I believe this number to be a TeleMarketing Service. I see there are alot of reports about the same number calling others. Since many are probably on a Do-Not-Call list, there needs to be more consequences for these companies who still call.

It is a recorded message traced to a Dan M also known as Dipsy Doodle 60, Stuart Florida, 1295 Tuskawilla Rd Winter Springs, Fl 32708. Then Name Dipsy Doodle is in several locations in the US with the same phone number ie Indiana. They are promoting some kind of vacation scam. Their recorded message machine does not work properly giving partial messages saying you won a trip and press a button. I hung up. Phone number does look Hollywood

The Canadian Do Not Call list is easy to circumvent, because Canadian law doesn't apply to anyone calling from outside the country. This is why these wretched scams continue.

Telemarketing should be made illegal EVERYWHERE, by anyone, to anybody. But our worship of capitalist marketing "freedom" will make sure it never happens.

Got a call today, let it ring but was curious, picked up and after a short pause the Florida scam message starts. I won't be answering any unknown LD calls like that again; let them leave a message. Most of the scammers would give up after so many attempts and work on others. The ultimate revenge or payback we give to them is by not ever giveing them our business. The get NOTHING

I am also on the Canadian Do Not Call List. This does not apply to calls coming from the US. As a Canadian, I have tried but can't register on US Do Not Call list because as a foreigner it recognizes that my phone number is not American. Can some of our American friends help us inundated Canadians? What about a friendly lobbyist lobbying the US Senate for us??

Got a call from this number today. Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. Besides if it was really important they would call me on my cell instead.
