Exactly the same spiel at 2:42 pm, 19 Feb 2016 in South Boulder CO.  Also "David Gray" said it was the second attempt (but it sounded like a robocall) and the caller ID was "StarNet Inc."

Claims to represent the US treasury requiring your serious attention ... basically a threat. Scammer!

Second call over several months regarding serious legal program involving magistrate or grand jury.  I forward these messages on to the Consumer Protection Dept. in our DA's Office.

This afternoon.  Threatening voicemail on landline from 'US Treasury" by someone with a strong accent speaking broken English. A Scam.

I have gotten this call numerous times over the last 6 months.  I am very frustrated with these harassing calls.  I know it is a scam, but it would be nice if someone could stop these calls!  Someone (maybe elderly) could fall prey to it -

"David Grey" left me a message with same spiel at 1:01 pm 19 Feb 16 down here in Pueblo.

Recording said he was David Gray and states he represents the US Treasury and threatens legal magistrate and grand jury action if don't call back. THESE TYPE OF CALLS ARE ANNOYING. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

I got a call from this number mins ago. I am in the Denver Metro area. Caller identified as David Gray from the Treasury Department. I tried calling the number back using *67 to block my outbound number but the call is answered and hung up immediately. I wanted to let them know that I was going to report the number to the Colorado Attorney General and that I hoped they rotted in prison.

Just received a call (I'm in Littleton, CO) from this number (12:22PM Saturday).  I called back and the person that answered wanted my phone number.  I would not give them the number but they stated they were the US Treasury Department (in a very heavy foreign accent).  I told them not on a Saturday and hung up.  Is there someone I should contact with this info?

Same thing happened to me.  It is definitely a robo call and a terrible scam.  I have reported their number to the IRS.

You should report this number and the details to the IRS.  They have a website set up for this.  This has got to stop so innocent people are not taken advantage of and pay them money.

Also received a call from  "David Gray" around 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 20. Similar to some of the previous postings, I, too, am in the South Boulder vicinity.

I am also in Littleton and received a call from "David Gray".  The caller ID was STARNET INC ORL (all in caps).  Same spiel, the old Income tax scam.  Have received it a couple of times before from different numbers which I reported to the IRS.  Will also report this one.  Just how stupid do these people think we are?!!

I just received the same call.  I am in Arizona.  I called back.  He knew my name and address.  Said the issue was the 2013 tax return.  Very troublesome
