non working number and they didn't leave a message.  blocked!

They've called my cell phone twice last week (4/14 and 4/17), yesterday (4/20) and today. No  message. Who are they?

Called my cell.  The ID reads "FL, USA".  I didn't answer.  They left a recorded message that was only partially there.  All I got was "to speak to a representative. Press 9 to opt out."  I didn't press 9.  I don't believe "opting out" does any good at all.  I did, however, block the number.

Called three times today, each time no message, so much for the do not call list

Call to cell. No msg. Blocked and forgotten.

Called my cell. I didn't pickup. No message left.

I received a call from (407) 653-2684 on my cell phone. I am on the don't call list. I also do not give out my number. A man called and after my not saying anything for about 12 seconds , and the he hung up. It sounded like a telemarketer.

I got a call from this number at 7am. Isn't that before legal telemarketer hours??  They didn't leave a message.

Received a call from this number just b/f lunchtime.  Three second voicemail with no sound = Blocked this caller.
Do Not Call Listing works - however they can't prevent robocalls or calls from unethical telemarketers.

They called, I didn't answer. They left a blank voice message. Now on blocked list.

i got a call from a number that asked for me by name, and when I said yes, they started saying, did you know you owe some money?  i don't owe any money.
