407-696-9903

407.696.9903 is associated with an incoming number identified as "private caller" by AT&T's Caller ID. This private caller solicits people to divulge credit card info in return for "lower rates." Although my credit accounts are in good standing, I get lots of these calls; usually I try to get them to remove my name and phone from their database ... often resulting in them hanging up on me.

This time I decided to play along ... and it seemed, at first, like this might be a legitimate call. Until they asked me for my full credit card number. At that point I asked the "representative" to hold on, placed her on mute, and left her there until she hung up. That's when 407.696.9903--identified as "Florida Caller"--rang me; I let it go to voicemail; she/person calling didn't leave message.

The fact that person calling from 407.696.9903 didn't leave a message seems to indicate that this is a scam of some sort. The fact that they knew my name from the outset indicates, in my opinion, that there's been a data breach somewhere ... therefore I'm going to take steps to have the appropriate authorities check this out as I've been targeted before.

I advise others receiving calls from 407.696.9903 to do the same.

I too keep getting unwanted calls.  My computer logs them and then I put them into my program that screens calls.  I also have reported these calls, by number, day, time and CID info, to the FCC, PA Atty General, and FTC.  All have told me that nothing can be done.  I sent a two page listing of all these types of calls.  I am on both the Federal Govt. and Pennsylvania 'Do Not Call' lists.  A hell of a lot of good they do.

I am on DO NOT CALL list.  These robo calls are driving me crazy.  Why won't our illustrious gov't do something about this internal abuse and invasion of our privacy??  We worry about all the world's problems and keep our nose in its business when we should be keeping our own house clean!

Christine called about my credit card.  I just hung up.

This number called my grandmother today while I was with her thankfully. The women went on to tell my grandmother hoe she can help her lower he interest rate on her discover credit card but she would first have to give her all of the information located on her card. I told my grandmother to hang up now so she did, I googled this number and found similar stories.  I went to calm them back to inform them never to contact her again but the number was out of service!!! Big scam!

Got a call from a "Private Number"  Credit card phishing scam.  Told the gal the cops we're about to raid the place.  Must have upset her because I immediately got a call back from this number.  Filed a complaint with the Florida AG.  Scumbag crackhead scammers.

first number was big rock IL. 630 318 4762,, I just pissed someone off.. I cussed them.. and received a call from this number .407 696 9903.. its on auto dial and now wont stop calling my number,,
