I keep getting calls from this company telling me he is from R C I and there is a red flag on our account. I do not call back on the number they leave but instead call directly to RCI where I do have an account and they tell me there aren't any red flags and they would not be calling saying anything about a red flag.

I also keep getting calls RCI knows nothing about this company DO NOT SHARE YOUR COMPUTER WITH THEM OR TELL THEM YOUR MEMBER NUMBERS

I received a call on my phone today saying that they are RCI and that there is some red flags on the account.  We called back and the person on the end of the line answered "Member Services,"  We are no longer members and haven't been members for two years.  They must be using old information and trying to get more information from us.

They are attempting to assist you with a reimbursement on your maintenance fee. They don't use your information for anything other than what they are authorized to

Also, rci doesn't recognize it because it is an outsourced company under Florida vacation villas, which rci does acknowledge

Called, repeatedly, no message left.

Have gotten 2 messages left from 407-730-6980.  Different callers saying they are calling from Member Services saying our RCI account has a RED FLAG that we have not used the Wyndham return reimburse MA program and we should call 844-952-7352.  We have not called that number and are not aware of any such program through RCI or Wyndham.  Suspect this is a new approach for third party companies.

So, in your opinion, we should trust them, even though they are lying and claim to Be RCI?

This is a scam. RCI nor Wyndham knows anything about this company and both say that this is a scam. Do you need any further proof? Tell the folks you know it's a scam, that you called RCI and they said sao.

These people have upgraded to *67'ing their number (envelope information still tells me what number the call came from, even when it's been manually blocked.)

Claim to be from Member Services calling regarding my Wyndham account and a reimbursement/refund owed to me.

Caller says to all back 844-482-8477 ext 417
