I called back the # after i missed, "this is chase card service  . .........

Would not leave a message. Just says Florida on caller ID. Finally called them to see who it was. Says Chase card services. (I would think caller ID would say Chase Bank if it was from them.) Please enter your 16 digit card number. Just stayed on the line until I got someone. Told them I wasn't stupid enough to enter my card number. Was tired of getting their calls without them leaving a message or anyone being there when I did answer. Told them it was a major FTC violation and that I am already involved in four other lawsuits for the same exact thing and wouldn't have a problem filing another. The lady apologized, blamed it on their automated system, which by the way is an FTC violation, and said she would note it in our file.  Haven't heard from them since.
I believe it is a scam to get your card number. I have never heard of any legit bank asking for your full card number before you even speak to a person.

SCAM ALERT

I got called by this number 10 times a week for 3 weeks.  They hang up when asked "who is this."

They claim to be Chase Card Services.

I complained to "the number on the back of my" chase visa, via the fraud department.

We'll see if Chase gives a &**^& or not if someone is using their name to scam me.

Not sure who this is but they have called repeatedly.  Represent themselves as Chase but seems to be a total scam as they were asking for an entity that has no credit cards or other reasons for contact from a financial firm.  They seem to be fishing

Sounds like a man, some days a woman...I think it's someone calling to charge your card for some monthly charge...scam for sure.

Scam for sure.  Don't talk to them.  They are fishing for credit card numbers and give random numbers hoping you will give them your real number.  Don't fall for this old trick!

I am getting repeated calls from this number without them leaving a message. My guess is that if it was important they would leave a message. Does anyone know where to report this. It's getting very annoying.

Twice in one morning! Scam!

I too got a call this week.  Because my payment is late due to unforeseen circumstances.  So if your getting calls make sure your payments are made.  The number is legit.

Definitely a Scam. They called my number twice a day for three weeks. When I finally decided to answer they claimed to be from Chase Card Services. I told them that I knew they were phishing and that I was reporting them. They said that maybe they had made a mistake and called the wrong account. Funny how the calls suddenly stopped.

How can it be legit if they refuse to answer when say hello and hang up.
These people are scum bags!

I didn't answer and they left no message.  Based upon the previous comments I will block them.

Number calls regularly,  but I never answer numbers I do not know.  Based on previous comments this is high potential spam as I have no dealings with Chase.  Will block...

They just called my home phone number and hung up without leaving a message. It's Sunday night. Definitely a scam!

Its from Chase. I checked my cards and realized i missed a payment on one of my cards. So if you get this number check your cards. Its not a scam like people think it is, its because you missed a payment.

Calls repeatedly at least 4-5 times a day. even called me at 7:30 in the AM.. WTF. Called it back and they hung up when I started to ask questions.

I do have 2 Chase credit cards and have missed a few payments do to a sudden loss of income from a health crisis leaving me unable to ever work again. I would think that if this is a debt collector or Chase, they would at least leave their callback number and some sort of message. I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize. It says it's from Florida.
